Great location everything was clean. The staff made our beds everyday and had not problem. I would definitely stay in the same location again. Their is a GS25 on the 1st floor. View is amazing during day and night.

Very nice rooms (we had double bed in floor 13). The hotel has no lobby and the check in and out was a bit messy, but other than that, everything was great. Also great location! Stay in Haeundae if you go to Busan.

Location perfect, literally 3 steps away from the traditional market, 8 minutes walk from the metro. Some rooms have ocean view balcony.

It’s ridiculous here. I will never visit again. we got locked out at 12 AM and no one wanted to come up to help. They were so affirmative about checking out at 11 AM and repeatedly told us that there would be an additional charge if we are late. We got to the elevator at 10:50 AM and the elevator stopped working and one elevator kept on not stopping at our floor. It was the worst I’ve ever visited.

The room was comfortable and warm, decently spacious, and the shower was great. We were even lucky enough to have a partial sea-view from our room. I do feel however, that for the price and quality of the hotel, they could have been a lot more generous with little things like toiletries/shaving kits etc, and the complimentary coffee and tea (all of which were rather basic/almost non-existent.
