I don’t gamble so I did not enter the casino, nor did I stay the night…
BUT I wanted to see the building. Photos cannot do the digital screens justice, nor can it fully capture the three minute screen show in the hallway with restaurants. It’s truly stunning. The building itself is so well done, with art installations throughout. Not everything is finished (I think mainly the outdoor experiences need finishing), but there is no doubt in my mind that the attention to detail will extend to those projects and make it worth the wait.
The only issue with Inspire is the location for those traveling domestically. For those coming from the airport, there is a free shuttle that runs fairly commonly. For those coming from Seoul or elsewhere, it’s truly a pain to get to and very far out from the rest of society. But once you are at Inspire, it’s a great spot to spend a day at.
A lot in Inspire has both English and Korean explanations/signs, so beginners don’t have to worry about relying on translation apps to get around.

I recently stayed at the INSPIRE Entertainment Resort, and while I enjoyed my visit overall, there were several areas that could use improvement.
Check-in Procedure: The check-in process was quite frustrating. Despite arriving after 12 PM, the resort does not accommodate early check-ins. This policy caused inconvenience, especially since I arrived early.
Pool Area Access: The pool area has very limited access times, only allowing two sessions at 2 PM and 6:30 PM, each lasting 2-3 hours. Due to the lengthy check-in process, which started at 12 PM, I missed the first session, which was disappointing.
Limited Amenities: The resort lacks a variety of amenities, which might be a downside for some guests. However, my primary reason for visiting was to enjoy the pool area with my kids, so this wasn't a major issue for me.
Pool Area Accessibility: Getting to the pool area from the elevator was somewhat awkward. Guests must walk through the main hallway while wearing white pool gowns, which felt a bit out of place.
As a Korean American visiting this resort, I hope they address these issues to make the experience more enjoyable and the resort more appealing. Despite these drawbacks, I had a pleasant stay overall and will likely return in the future.

When you arrive in Korea or are about to depart, I recommend staying a night or two here. The hotel is charming, with impeccable decoration and staff service. The front desk and hotel porters were extremely courteous and efficient. The room we had was a double queen, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel is also attached to shopping and has a splash swimming pool. Ensure you have ample time to stay here and enjoy all the amenities.

Absolutely not a 5 star hotel/resort. More like a factory and you just a number in their system. We had to wait 1,5hour for check-in, and didn’t get the room we originally booked, as they fully booked.
I don’t recommend staying here, facilities are not luxurious either. The service could get improved as well. To be honest I don’t understand what’s the use of this resort.
I could give 0 star if it would be possible.

To be honest, we are really not satisfied with our stay in this hotel. Of course it’s a nice hotel, the service is friendly, the room is big…But all in all for a five star hotel many things were not acceptable, especially the usage of the amenities! During your stay you can only access the gym and the spa area ONE TIME and you have to book / make a reservation in advance. Moreover you can only stay a limited amount of time. We thought maybe this is due to a big amount of people who want to go there. But we stayed there from Saturday to Sunday and the spa and the gym were almost empty!! So we didn’t understand the need for making a reservation (some people like to decide spontaneously when to go there…) AND after the time a lot we had to book they really “cleaned” the area and all guest had to go. This is not adequate for a 5 star hotel. AND after your check out you can NOT use the amenities anymore. So all in all it is almost impossible to use the spa area in a relaxed way. There were also other things that are just not very nice if you book these kinds of hotels and spend a lot of money: we couldn’t change the water temperature in the bathroom for the sink and the bathtub. You could not put hot or cold water - it was just a normal temperature. We wanted to take a hot bath, but besides the missing hot water there was not much wahrer coming out into the bathtub. We waited for 40 minutes and the bathtub wasn’t even half full. So we decided to skip the bath. Cleanliness was okay…we found a few stains in the bathroom but that is okay. It was ok but we would never book this hotel again especially for this price.
