Good modern hotel and responsible, friendly staff. I would especially like to mention Mr. Fit, who was great with children. Large spacious rooms, good furniture. Varied breakfasts. One of the minuses, I would like to note, is the poor quality of room cleaning. from time to time it was necessary to point out shortcomings. However the staff responded quickly to comments. Also to note the location of the hotel. convenient location with one of the best beaches within walking distance.

This hotel is the worst hotel I ever stayed in Phuket. Although newly built, the hotel is poorly designed and maintained. I initially chose this hotel because it is brand new and has water slides for my daughter. But I was shocked to see the many mold inside the shower tiles and the shower is either too hot or too cold. I changed room already because the drainage of the shower has problem moving away the water and after shower every time the water will spill all over the washroom floor every time. It’s not getting any better. I cannot imagine to live here for three nights. The breakfast is mediocre and the fruits served are not fresh (it seems to have some sauce on top to keep it for many days). The water slides constitute all of the water pool area basically not possible to swim. Only positive side is the location surrounded by many local restaurants, with good seafood and Italian. I won’t choose this hotel again.

This is our family's first trip to Thailand. Maybe the child ate something unclean and vomited in the middle of the night. I asked to change the sheets, but the staff threw the new sheets on the corridor floor. It was too dirty and there were many cockroaches on the roadside. A new hotel does not deserve 5 stars, 3 stars at most! However, the swimming pool is too dirty. Breakfast is a poor experience.

The family absolutely loved this hotel, super kids friendly, have kids facilities including playroom, game room, movie nights! Rooms are spacious and very clean, Hugh bathtubs and lovey balcony! Water slides are amazing (scary at first) and pool is good size!

We paid £169 for a single night to stay at this hotel, and it was the most disappointing thing about our stay in Phuket. A deposit of 3000 baht was required, and paying by card wasn't an option, so I had to drive to an ATM (there aren't any nearby). On the walk from the reception to our room, we encountered cockroaches, a giant locust and a frog. Upon our arrival to our room, we found that it wasn't clean, and the bathroom was revolting! The toilet seat was stained yellow, and there was a dead cockroach in the shower. We requested to change rooms and fortunately our request was granted. The following morning, we went for breakfast and found that the majority of the buffet breakfast was already gone and didn't get replenished, so we left hungry and disappointed. This hotel does not deserve a 5 star rating, and would be lucky to get 2 stars. Please don't waste your time and money visiting this hotel!
