Pullman Karon was the perfect choice for our family holiday. The rooms were large, well equipped and spotlessly cleaned daily. The hotel grounds and pools were beautiful and well maintained. The hotel provided a variety of activities and entertainment for all to enjoy. Due to the size of the resort, there was never a scramble for lounge chairs by the pool and 2 breakfast restaurants was very appreciated. There was never a line up for a table or accessing the buffet. The massages at the Spa were also excellent. The only reason why I scored the hotel a 9 and not a 20 was due to the high prices of meals and drinks at the restaurant and bars. However Happy hour drinks made the blow a little softer. The Happy hour massage also made the cost of treatment better value, but still expensive.

Had the pleasure of staying at Pullman Karon recently and it was an absolute delight! Big shoutout to Chef Mark for the delicious meals at the restaurants and breakfast Each dish was perfect! Thank Mr. Christian at the made us feel so welcome with his warm greeting and helpfulness. And can't forget Ms. U-ya in the lounge - her professionalism and constant smile really added to the experience. The hotel itself is stunning, with expansive landscapes and gorgeous beach views. The staff are friendly and professional, and the pool area is perfect for relaxing. Overall, a fantastic stay with great atmosphere. Highly recommend this Hotel for your next getaway!

First impression is the car park and the dropping area are right after the entrance. Then, we are taken to the real relaxing area by "a motor cart". I was upgraded the room to a junior twin with sea view room. The check-in process took a bit long. However, I was compensated by two free drinks at the bar next to the reception area. It was great. The room, the swimming pools, and especially all staff are great.

The scale of the hotel is huge and the environment is great because the landscaping is well designed. Also, there are several swimming pools for families. There are many activities for you to join. The shuttle bus is 24-hr and it arrives at each stop every 5 minutes. It's very fast and convenient. The room is spacious but the design is quite traditional and it is needed to be renovated. The blinds are old. It should be changed into a new one. When I was sitting near the blinds, I found out that the edge of the blind had been sewed, but it's still broken. A metal stick came out and it's quite sharp and dangerous. The chains for pulling up the blinds are old-designed. It may be a threat for kids.

We had a lovely family holiday at Pullman, Karon beach. The family room is spacious, with plenty of wardrobe space, a large dining table for room service meals, bathroom with a bath and a large balcony. With plenty of pools, water slides, inflatables and activities, there's lots for kids. Walking distance from Karon beach and markets. Although the hotel is a little tired, the staff are lovely and it's well priced. The breakfast buffet is OK. Recommend the Thai Thai restaurant - excellent food and a decent kids menu. Book a table in advance for a discount!
