Revoir
Ordered the makgeolli with honey comb, and the onion leaves pancake with shrimp. The makgeolli with honey comb was quite special. You can really taste the fermentation. Combined with honey comb, it will be slightly sweeter, but it won't overpower it.
The pancake was OK. Quite hard to cut them and was kind of repetitive (possibly due to the big size). The shrimps were fresh, though.
Services were good. Staff were polite and attentive. Prices were above average.

Decided to try because of the Makgeolli with honey comb craze. The food was okay. Do not recommend the kimchi stew as I have tried better ones. The fried platter (potato jeon without cheese, the combination platter) and the seafood pancake is a must try. Depending on personal preferences, we actually ordered both the cheesy and non cheesy potato jeon but I prefer the non cheesy jeon. The cheese serving is very generous but i prefer the orginal taste. The honey comb serving is delicious and you can definitely bite on it after you are done with your drinks. This is more like a place to enjoy with friends at night after a long day at work- having small bites and the makegeolli with honey comb. Do not recommend for a full dinner here which we did.

There was a craze last year for this honeycomb makgeolli (in 2023), where this place was bursting with people even on the afternoons trying to get a table and drink in broad daylight. At night, the waiting was even worse as I’ve heard.
Aside from the makgeolli, they offer a couple of different jeons or Korean-styles pancakes to go with the drinks, as well as kimchi stew and other assortment of foods/side dishes.
By the way, typical free of charge side dishes such as kimchi are charge per plate here, which is in my opinion a rip-off.
Their pancake portions are quite big but the flavor is nothing out of the ordinary. The same goes for their kimchi stew and pork, which were good but not the best out there. This is more of a drinking place with a twist/gimmick that you can try once or whenever you might be around. Not completely bad but definitely not going to be cheap on your wallet.

Insanely Delicious cheese and potato Jeon, a must order.
Honey Makgeoli tastes nice but honestly the honey doesnt really do much other then add a bit of sweetness to it. Just order 1 honeycomb and share will do. It melts in your drink then leaves the honeycomb residue which i find annoying to bite and chew and spit out. Just get the normal drink and not the gimmick.
The kimchi stew pretty spicy and hot, perfect with the alcohol paired together with the crispy and freshly fried vegetables and tofu. So its just mouth after mouth of dishes with different textures and sensitivity.
Service staff was pretty nice, gave my family a private and secluded table at the back, probably thinking im noisy?? Haha
Be prepared to wait roughly 30 mins or more on a busy day but it is 100% worth it and a must try if in the area or just travel to.
Price wise i feel pretty worth the portion and taste. 20k per dish i feel is worth it.

Great experience! Found this place with honeycomb makgeolli and nice pancakes. The honeycomb is sold separately and is definitely worth a try. Pancakes were great as well. We had this spicy whelk with beef broth, it’s okkkk, would be better if the veges are cut into smaller pieces. Shredded potato Jeon was really good! But definitely for sharing
