If you are going to Niagara Falls look no further. First Impressions.. fantastic location. Very clean. Checking in was a delightful experience. I have traveled a lot and I have to Say Shelly is a treasure! Super kind. Very knowledgeable and informative. You have a true star with Shelly. Speaking with her for a short time we felt like her friend. You just cant teach her level of awesome! The hotel room itself super clean and great view of both falls. Everyone we spoke to was super friendly. Travel Top: Use We Go bus service. it's fun and this hotel is the last or first stop on blue line so no matter where you are in town you can easilly find your way back. We appreciate your hotel and we will always go to this Marriott.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from the beginning. From the moment we arrived, Shelley at the front desk greeted us with the warmest smile and utmost professionalism. Her welcoming demeanor instantly put us at ease after a long drive. Shelley's attention to detail and efficiency made the check-in process seamless and hassle-free. She not only ensured that all our needs were met but went above and beyond to make our day better. Her dedication to customer service truly shone through, and it was evident that she takes great pride in her work. I cannot praise Shelley enough for her outstanding service and positive attitude. She is a true asset to the hotel, and I have no doubt that she will continue to excel in her role. My husband booked this hotel for my 50th Birthday. Large, wonderful, clean room, with the most amazing view. Double bath was an added bonus however a bit disappointed that there was no safe in the room. The breakfast was buffet style, very nice, good choice of dishes and a fresh omelette station. Staff were very lovely at breakfast. Lovely lady at the bar was very customer focused which was lovely to see. The pool was closed so we paid to use the spa. The spa was definitely not worth the extra money that we paid. Overall lovely stay and would highly recommend.

The unique view of the waterfall made me an unforgettable memory all day and night. All in all I recommend this hotel and anyone who wants to see a great view of the waterfall should go here. Our room was great and nice and warm. I just wish there was a toothbrush and disposable slippers in the room, which unfortunately I forgot to take with me. The buffet breakfast was on the floor of the restaurant, the breakfast’s food were all delicious and fresh, but the staff were uncoordinated and looked like they had just woken up and came with messy hair, completely different from the restaurant during dinner. They didn't even let us sit in the other part. Because we could see the waterfall there and it was empty. In fact, we did not expect it at all. I wrote my opinion about the restaurant during dinner in restaurant reviews. The pool was very clean, the water was pleasant. The jacuzzi was clean and warm. The equipment I used in the gym was all working and clean. I liked this hotel.

We spontaneously stopped at Niagara Falls after coming over from Germany and we're glad to get a room. Czarina at the reception was very friendly, helpful and informative. We were amazed at the view of falls from our window that she made possible for us. Unexpected as we walked in and left us stunned. Would always book again. Great experience. Thank you
