Opening hours

My family and I just spent a night here! The people that work here are very friendly and this hotel is a 2 min walking distance to everything! We loved that Starbucks was right downstairs as well! We were able to check in at 1:00pm which was amazing! The only cons to this place was that it took a while to get into the elevator & you had to squeeze in with a lot of people during certain hours of the day. Another thing that disappointed us was that the pool hours are 8am-9pm but people were not able to use the pool until 9:45ish am because maintenance didn't get there until 8am to clean / refill the pool. We ended up not even going to the pool since we needed to be checked out at 11am and it just wasn't worth the rush. (We have small kids.) Overall the room was mostly clean, the blue couch definitely had a few stains but we just covered it with the hotel blanket. The beds were extremely comfortable and the blankets provided were really nice and warm! The room was warm as well. I can see myself coming back in the future for another stay!

We love staying at any Marriott brand hotels and this Sheraton did not disappoint. Every staff person was friendly and helpful; from the parking lot to the registration desk to the cleaners. Everyone smiled and was eager to help. The hotel location is great and very central to everything. We would gladly stay here again. (But we wouldn't come again during March Break. The crowds are just too intense at the hotel which makes it impossible to enjoy the Waterpark or other amenities. We'll just come during off-peak times.)

We just spent 3 blissful nights at this hotel. The rooms are pristine and spacious and the view of the Falls is breathtaking! The hospitality, friendliness and excellent customer service of the staff is way above average! Special shout out to Mary who checked us in and went above and beyond! We’ll be back for sure.

Best place to stay in the falls. Close to the the strip and has an amazing view for an affordable price. The room is stylish and chic. Only issue is my card kept on deactivating and the front desk tried to give me a hard time about it.

My family and I stayed at the Sheraton Fallsview hotel in July 2022. The location was great within walking distance of everything! Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was great for our family with an amazing view. The buffet breakfast were delicious with breathtaking view. We will definitely be back again!
