We had a great stay, and found our room very clean, quiet and comfortable. There were no issues like a couple complaints in the reviews from February - the Hilton staff must have ensured those inconsistencies were taken care of. The elevators were quick even though we stayed on a big concert weekend. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We were seated quickly at their Watermark Restaurant where the meals were generous, hot, and delicious - and the falls views were outstanding! Inside and outside our suite was spotlessly clean. We will be returning for another stay in a couple of months, and looking forward to it.

Came here with the family with little kids. Experience was great. We were allowed to check in to our room early which helped us out quite a lot. With the Hilton app I was able to communicate very easily with the Hotel and they assisted us with all our needs. The building is connected with other hotels, the casino and concourse so we were able to take the kids for a walk in their pajamas. There was lots to see and do and we danced in the halls to music from various locations on our walk. The view from our room was stunning and I recommend facing the us/can falls. Slight downside is They were doing renovations so there were only 2 out of 6 elevators in service, and at times we had to wait in line. In my opinion, some people were impatient and they were pressing the up and down buttons to catch the elevator from almost every floor and this caused a bigger delay. They would get in the elevator going up so they can stay in and ride it back down. The Hotel did their best and placed a security guard in the elevator so once it filled up he switched it to service and dropped everyone off on their floors. We were allowed complimentary late check out so we were able to have breakfast and then use to the pool. Overall we had a great time and will definitely be coming back in the future.

We love staying at the Hilton when visiting Fallsview Casino! Super convenient location & good service. The North tower is where we usually end up, and the walkway over to the Casino is right there. Perfect! Room service breakfast was very good & our latest room was a great size (super high ceilings on the 7th floor). The lobby gets very busy, but once you have your room things are smooth sailing.

We actually did not book here, but our hotel could not take us so sent us here at the same rate. It was modern and kept up well. All great facilities on site including multiple restaurants and a Starbucks. The pool was beautiful. The breakfast restaurant had stunning views as did our hotel room. The room was big, clean and new. There is also on-site parking. It's a bit far from Clifton hill, but walkable. Or a quick uber. We had a great time.

We stayed at the mid tower with zero view out the window, but we payed really good price for the room so we didn’t expect a view at all. The rooms are freshly renovated where you can still smell, the fresh paint and new furniture. Can’t complain it was really good.
