Great!
Enormous Hotel! had a week here for a conference in Jan 2023. Easy check in, small upgrade for top floor room to get the best view. But when the hotel is busy, as in when conferences end and you need to get to your room it takes forever to get an elevator. Starbucks in the lobby is very handy. Room was large and very clean on arrival. If you’re into fitness I would recommend the top floor gym for the view while you run / workout. I would stay again.

Perfect!
Positive this place is huge, has restaurants, bar, and a Starbucks. Not a horrible location. Negative- smaller rooms, and pool definitely looked bigger in pictures. It didn't matter anyway because it was closed, and cooler weather had come in. So definitely wasn't getting in even if open.

Perfect!
Huge hotel! The staff were very friendly, check in and out was a breeze. Valet parking, $52 a night. We had to ask for help to our rooms, they do have carts available but they keep them hidden. A variety of rooms and room sizes. The beds were great for my back not to hard or two soft. Don’t get housekeeping in the evening, they won’t ever come to you room. I scheduled mine for evening they never came once in five days. But the morning staff was always out in the hall at 7am so they gave me what I needed. They food was amazing! It was fresh and wholesome. No conference chicken and hard asparagus here! The conference rooms were large. I highly recommend. And if you are having a conference do it here. There were three conferences going on at the same time and we barely saw each other.

Perfect!
Overall, it is great! If you have to go to the South Bank, it's not a great location. The way the bridges work, one way may be okay but the trip back to the hotel may take a lot longer. Very nice hotel with a lot of amenities and a very cool gym upstairs. I will be staying there again.

Good!
The hotel is very nice and update. The location is not bad depending on what your in town to do. The only downside fall is the front desk refuses to answer the phone. I get to my room and my toilet will not flush so I call downstairs the front desk and guest service will not amswer. I decided let's try the concierge desk and they answer and I explain the situation and they say they will send someone up. After an hour no one arrives and I try calling back downstairs and of course again no one answers. If the hotel wasn't so big yes it would be easy to go down and talk to someone but the size of the hotel it's very inconvenient to go all the way downstairs. Why would you have phones and no one answers. I was in and out the the lobby earlier and they never had more then 4 people in line checking in and 4 people at the counter working so there is no reason no one should be answering the phone. I will say customer service absolutely sucks at this location. To be such a large brand they need to do better.
