Perfect!
We had a great experience at this hotel ! Brought our toddler, and although it wasn't super obviously kid friendly (wish there were high chairs and other seating at the cafe) we felt super comfortable the whole time. The location was awesome. The employees were lovely. The hotel was nice and our view was beautiful.

Great!
The Hilton New Orleans Riverside is a nice hotel with many amenities. We were visiting while my husband was there for a conference. Our room was nice but for me the beds were more firm than I would like. It rained a good bit while we were there so I was caught staying in and made the room as comfortable as I could. We did not request maid service while we're there but the front desk staff were helpful and the employees in the store and marketplace were friendly. Of course, you are in downtown New Orleans so everything is pricey so expect $3 bottled water and $5 soft drinks. There is a great restaurant (Drago's) inside along with a couple of bars. There is a health club that charges a fee. Parking in the deck next to the hotel was currently $44 a day. As far as a stay downtown is was good and recommended.

Great!
The location of this hotel is great if you're there for work at the convention center, and in walking distance of the French Quarter. Rooms were clean and the security and cleaning staff I ran into were incredibly nice. But two out of three buildings went so far away from the lobby. I felt like I spent half my walk just trying to get out of the hotel. Also, it has no accessible drinking water outside of the two small plastic bottles they give you when you have your roomed cleaned. So if you don't want housekeeping every day, you have to purchase $6 water from the lobby. There are no water fountains to fill your bottle. It was expensive to keep hydrated! There's also a rail line that literally goes between the hotel buildings. It's used by freight rail at all times of the day, so if your room faces the rail, you'll get woken up at least once a night by the rumbling ground and train honks. It can sound like a train is going through your room if get the right room on the second floor facing it. Personally, I love trains and I thought this was both hilarious and exciting. I know others didn't share my enthusiasm.

Good!
My experience was OK. Bellman was nice and recommended a really good restaurant on Bourbon St. Even gave me discount coupons. The only issue was one of the complimentary bottled water in the room was expired. After drinking, I knew something was off. That's when I checked the expiration date and saw it had been expired for 3 mos.

Perfect!
Really enjoyed our stay. Our rooms were clean and beds were so comfy. Loved the easy access to the Riverwalk and mall and the French quarter was easy walking distance. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it! When we got there they had fruit infused water set up - love those little touches and conveniences!
