Perfect!
This place hazels and buzzes no matter when you go. We waited on most of our visits from 45 min to 1,5h. Is it worth it? OH YES, IT IS. The vegan option is always our go-to. We brought a friend this time and he chose the pork option. Neither was disappointing. Everything is freshly made and served right away. It is not a great place to go for a group of more than 8 but great for single and couples. Not very romantic, but super fun and great for flavourful food. There is no reservation option but a take-out option. During the line up you already have the option to create your soup. Just make sure you get the Vegan one if you want Vegan otherwise, you get the non-vegan one, and that makes the order a bit complicated for the waiter as they need to change it. This restaurant is all about speed in serving and making the soups. The curry one is amazing if you like a bit of a kick of spice.

Great!
This place normally has a very long line up but not today! Maybe due to the heavy rain. We waited 20 mins to get in. They offer lunch combo and options on the firmness and richness of the ramen. I order the classic ramen however the soup base is on the salty side. I ask for some hot water to dilute the salty level and the server is kind enough to bring over some plain soup. The chasui is soft and tender. Way too thin so lack texture. The egg is perfectly cooked with soft centre. I personally like chicken soup base better than the pork soup base. The gyoza is okay. The cooking pan must have some dark residual and it shows on the gyoza. Overall an enjoyable and pleasant ramen experience.

Great!
The Ramen noodle shop is said to be the best in Vancouver. Whenever I come to eat, it's always crowded and I have to queue for more than 15 minutes to get in. While waiting, customers can refer to the menu and fill out the form to choose the noodle dish they want. In addition to traditional Ramen noodles, diners can request additional side dishes. The restaurant also serves Japanese drinks or soft drinks and beer. Friendly employee. Food is hot and quick. Only accept card payments.

Perfect!
Definitely one of the best ramen I’ve tasted. They got the service down to a system in order to minimize the wait and traffic. But the wait is till long. I wouldn’t say it’s worth the wait, as there are many options that are nearly as good nearby. Great service and food. I’d love to come back, but I wouldn’t wait this long for another visit.

Perfect!
I visited on Sunday for lunch, and though there were customers lining up outside, the staff were kind enough to give us the order form in advance. The ramen here is the best I’ve tasted so far in Vancouver, on par with renowned places like Ippudo and Mendokoro in the Philippines. The place is cozy, clean, and simple. We ordered the classic ramen, miso ramen, and gyoza. All the dishes were awesome and highly recommended.
