Opening hours

This was the first time I have ever stayed here and I must say it was awesome. The hotel is beautiful and even though myself and a family member had arrived several hours before the check in time, the hotel was able to get us checked into a different room right away. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel is beautiful, but I have never tried to sleep on a more uncomfortable bed. I was awake all night. When we mentioned it at check out we were just told that "if people sleep on a firm mattress at home they can sometimes find their mattresses too soft, but all of their mattresses are the same". That's fine, but I've slept in a lot of hotels, and this was the only time I was physically sore from the mattress. It's too bad because the hotel was lovely and I was hoping to visit again.

I have mixed feelings about this place. We stayed here in the mid of January 2024. I really liked its location, the views, quite comfortable rooms, and the hot tab, although the outdoor pool was closed throughout our stay due to the cold weather and their outdoor saunas were lukewarm. That was unfortunate. And the heater in the room did not do a good job of heating the room, so we got a little cold. Their free Wifi sucks, so it's better to download your favorite show/movie beforehand. There was also one unpleasant incident. We paid for a Deluxe Guest Room with the Harbor & Mountain View, and they definitely put us in a less expensive Premium King Room with Marina and City View first (I can compare the photos on booking and their website). When we asked for clarification at the front desk, we were told the level of the room we got was the same we paid for and offered as an option to wait 2 nights until another building with a better views opened. In 2 days, our new room in the tall building was exactly what we paid for, though still feel that we were slightly cheated first. .

Great hotel. Location is perfect. Rooms are comfortable. Amenities are nice. My first room (340) was near the elevator and it felt like I was inside the elevator shaft when sleeping. But the hotel was so awesome and moved me to another room within minutes of asking. Good people.

The staff were super friendly and helpful from start to finish. Wonderful location. Appreciated the room upgrade from the gentleman at the front desk. Excellent coffee and pastries at the cafe. Congrats to everyone there for putting pride into your work, it certainly shows!
