Opening hours

My girlfriend and I came to Hyatt for her birthday! We were welcomed warmly by Rex who was so helpful, and kind! He let us check in 4 hours before check in we could get out of the rain. He was knowledge on hotel information, and assisted us throughout any questions. Later that evening Rex had a cake sent up to our room, for her birthday!! I have never experienced such service in a hotel. Rex you made our trip, thank you so much! The hotel is so lucky to have an employee such as him. We definitely will book our future trips with Hyatt!

Managed to get a very nice newly renovated room on the 31st floor, single king bed and we really enjoyed our stay. The room is spacious enough but not overly cavernous, nice TV and decent view of the neighboring street. Nice location near the convention centers and plenty of shops and right next to a Tim Hortons for easy breakfast much cheaper than at the hotel itself. Parking is a little pricey but very convenient directly underneath the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay with my family over New Year's weekend. We loved our room with a great view of the city, and extremely comfortable bed. Cocktails and snacks at Grains Taste Bar are not to be missed. I do wish the hot tub stayed open a little later than 10:00pm; it was a great way to wind down each day with a soak.

I had the most amazing service at the Hyatt hotel! I had lost my car key and I had gone to the Central Services desk and asked if they had seen it. They were so helpful and I really want to say thank you to Ivan who went above and beyond to help me. He called the lost and found department and asked about my key and when they said they hadn’t seen anything he helped me retrace all my steps in the parking lot and the lobby and even asked the parking lot security if they had seen it. It was truly so helpful and I really appreciate it, it is hard to find such kind people these days. The next day he found my key and called me right away and it was returned to me safely. Best customer service I have ever had!

I had a great stay. The staff were friendly and helped me whenever I asked. They lent me a phone charger. Got me some toiletries i forgot to pack. They went above and beyond. The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
