Definitely on the pricey side, but that’s to be expected in a place like Banff. We had no reservation but we were still seated right away, they played good music, we had a pleasant server, and a good meal. The atmosphere is meant to be like a chalet, and they really deliver. The warm low lighting and fireplaces make the whole place feel cozy and warm, but it still maintains a classy vibe worthy of the menu prices. Our waitress also made sure we understood the menu, as sides are not ordered and priced separately from the steak itself, which I’m glad she took the time to explain beforehand. Overall, a great experience.

This place is great for food, comfort and ambiance after a day in the mountains. Service has been wonderful and food is well seasoned and presented nicely. I do enjoy the interior design. Great for groups as well as families. In this economy, it's nice to see a place that thrives on accomodationing families. Its good for business.

Excellent experience, had happy hour meat fondue and kids cheesy pasta. Excellent service like no other. From booking, hostess and server, excellent service to remember and tell others. Don't have too much experience with fondue, but cheese was a bit clumpy and not too much flavor. The chocolate hazelnut dessert had too much pastry and less filling for my taste. But atmosphere, price and service, made everything excellent ???

Wanted to try this place out with my wife since opened, finally went and try it yesterday night and we were not disappointed! Happy hour cocktails and fondue were amazing and reasonably priced especially in Banff. The steak was very tasty and well worth the money! Our server was very attentive as well, will definitely go again!

Best meal we had on our trip to Banff and Lake Louise. Cheese fondue with an Alberta cut prime rib to share was perfect to share while sitting near the roaring fire in the restaurant. Martinis were excellent and the mushroom and brusselsprout sides were great. Service was top notch and he provided great recommendations that were spot on. Ambience could not be beat. Would highly recommend.
