Wonderful place to stay. The rooftop hot tubs were incredible. The lobby was beautiful and the staff was overall pretty good. I did check in during a shift change so it took about 10 minutes to get someone to help me so maybe they can stagger that so that someone is always available. Underground parking was awesome on a snowy night.

My recent stay at Moose Hotel and Suites in Banff was nothing short of delightful. Stepping into the lobby, I was greeted by a crackling fire and charming seasonal decorations that instantly set a cozy tone. The room itself was so comfy and immaculate and the decor was warm and inviting. I had an amazing night's sleep! The staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful. With the hotel's convenient location, we explored the town on foot. I highly recommend this hotel for their next stay in Banff!

We were happily surprised with a room upgrade with a truly amazing view on the main street of Banff. The hotel is centrally located in town where everything was within walking distance. Super friendly staff with great service. The king room was spacious and well stock with essential amenities. Also love the free underground parking.

Charming hotel right in the heart of Banff near all the restaurants and shops. Loved the rooftop hot tubs. Very close to all the shuttle stops and down the block from the IGA. The staff were very kind and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

Had an amazing time in Banff for the weekend stayed at this hotel, pool and hot tubs were great they also have a sauna on the roof. Beautiful views and great location easy to walk to everywhere. I want to say that Jake and Hanna two of the staff there really went out of their way to help me when I checked out my phone got lost somehow and they were super accommodating going over and above to help me when I was stressed out to find it . Which thankfully Jake was able to use a flashlight and find it under one of the beds in our room. Couldn’t be more appreciative that the staff here took the time to help and go over and above. All around I give this hotel 5 stars rooms were clean and nice . Didn’t have a problem with a thing. Will definitely be back
