Wonderful stay! Staff are exceptional, from the bell hops and valet service to the housekeeping staff as well as the servers in the restaurants. Location is awesome and you can enjoy the views all day long! Food in both Larkspur and Primrose is excellent, enjoyed every meal! The spa staff are wonderful as well, the massage was perfect and helped to start the vacation off on the right relaxing tone. Look forward to next years retreat, will definitely go back. Our room only got 4* as we didn’t have table and chairs in our junior suite, so ordering room service wasn’t an option as we weren’t going to try and eat with our meals on our lap on the sofa.

I requested early check in as I was a speaker at a conference and I had my room ready for 12 noon which is incredible! Room was clean, well maintained and good size! I requested room slippers and those were delivered in a timely fashion. Bed and sheets were great but the actual mattress felt soft and sunken in slightly - may suggest moving/replacing the mattress. The waiter from UK at the lounge was friendly and hospitable! Dinner at Primose was great service and I thoroughly enjoyed my Sunday breakfast buffet! Would definitely return!

Many hotels boast of being the best, but living up to such a lofty claim is no easy feat. Unfortunately, my recent experience at the Rimrock fell far short of the high standards this establishment was once renowned for. While the breathtaking backdrop of the mountains remains unchanged, the same cannot be said for the quality of service provided by the hotel. From the moment of check-in to the dining experience and interactions with staff, every aspect of my stay left much to be desired. Considering the hefty price tag attached to the accommodation, the overall experience was nothing short of disappointing. To the staff and management of the Rimrock, if you happen to come across this message, it's high time for a serious reevaluation. It's imperative to revisit the fundamentals of five-star service and recommit to delivering excellence at every turn. It's evident that the current team falls short of the mark set by their predecessors, who possessed a deeper understanding of what it truly means to uphold the reputation of this esteemed hotel. Needless to say, my experience was a profound disappointment.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rimrock Resort and I can confidently say it deserves every one of its 5 stars. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were not only professional but also incredibly friendly, making us feel like valued guests from the start. The attention to detail and level of service provided by the staff truly set Rimrock Resort apart. Whether it was assisting with our luggage, recommending local attractions, ensuring our room was immaculate, providing valet service, or being served at the wonderful Larkspur lounge, they consistently exceeded our expectations. Furthermore, the amenities and facilities at Rimrock Resort are top-notch. The rooms are spacious, elegantly furnished, and offer breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The on-site restaurants serve delicious cuisine, and the spa provides a serene retreat after a day of exploring the area. I urge anyone considering a visit to the area to choose Rimrock Resort. Not only will you be treated to a luxurious stay, but you'll also experience the warmth and hospitality of the staff that make this hotel truly exceptional. Coming from Calgary for a weekend stay at the Rimrock - we hadn't been at the hotel for 26 years!..and I can tell you we weren't disappointed. The vista out of our room was magnificent - staff exceptional...the valet team at another level. Just a really special stay.
