This beautifully luxurious hotel set in the Canadian Rockies is a must-see on your trip to Banff. The hotel boasts a fascinating history. There is lots to see and explore without having to actually stay as a guest. The grandeur was something to behold. I enjoyed a gorgeous cocktail while overlooking the mountains, and then I did some shopping. On another visit, we hiked around the grounds, which overlooks the Bow Valley. If you visit Banff, you absolutely must come here.

Great hotel. Wonderful staff and service. Location is beautiful!!! I liked it better than their sister location at Lake Louise. The Rundle bar is amazing and beautifully done. I’d splurge for the Good package, very well worth it. Also, Taylor (valet parking) - needs special recognition. Such a wonderful guy.

Great: The staff couldn't be more welcoming and friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quite spacious. The location is amazing, the staff was very nice and gave us a room with a mountain view. The spa is amazing and was a great experience. Besides, there are 2 swimming pools that are for free use. The gym was also very nicely equipped. There are plenty of hiking routes and nice scenery around the hotel even if you're not into skiing. Not so great: The food wasn't too good. I was attending a conference, so breakfast and dinner were provided and they were very poor. The last day I went to the hotel's breakfast buffet and frankly it was a bit disappointing. I even found some plastic on top of the waffles. Rooms are noisy, and we could hear the kids crying from the room in front of us.

We were treated very well. It was our first time at the hotel and we were wow’d and very impressed with the amazing hotel that looks like a castle. My kids had a great time at the amazing pool too! Our room was clean and spacious. Everything was perfect. I loved being able to text an employee and get a prompt answer to anything I asked. Nice touch.
