Perfect!
Incredible dining experience. The food was exceptional and they have a ton of variety. You can see the chefs/cooks working to make all the dumplings right in the dining area. The food is authentic, fresh and delicious. Our server was very friendly and professional. We did have to wait 1.5 hours to be seated as a large party of 6 because they get super busy so I recommend making a reservation ahead of time! However, it is located at the mall so you can shop while you wait which is very convenient. Definitely worth the wait and can’t wait to come back here or to another location. The soup dumplings and rice were so good and the dessert dumplings and buns were heavenly. They have large portions perfect for sharing and the prices as very good, I expected it to be more expensive, very affordable for the quality. They also offer a ton of vegan options. Our server’s name was Natalie, I think and she was awesome! I look forward to our next visit and to try more items.

Perfect!
Love the food!!! I hope as they expand the quality doesn’t change. Service was good and friendly staff, however the place is big with lots of tables so it is crowded and you can’t consider a quite/relaxing dining atmosphere. It’s more high quality chain restaurant. Will definitely go back more often:)

Perfect!
Finally came here for the first time after all the hype. And it certainly lived up to expectations. The food was flavorful and high-quality. The view out the big glass windows is great. Service is excellent. If you don't like spicy food, don't worry... the popular cucumber salad is pretty mild and the Xiao long bao is not spicy at all. However, if you do like spicy food, you certainly still have your fair share of options. I would highly recommend you check this place out, just make sure to make a reservation in advance as the wait can be lengthy.

Good!
I have been to Din Tai Fung in Hong Kong and I have had their Soup Bao, which was really good! In Los Angeles, the Soup Bao was not hot enough! The soup was too cool; the soup MUST be piping hot! And the pasta was under-cooked. So sad!!! The cucumber dish was too stylish. I have had better when the cucumber was crushed, then sprinkled with sesame seeds.

Good!
Our server Taylor was so great. The food was okay. I did order everything vegan and she was very knowledgeable so that was great. The vegan options just felt like the same filling but in different forms. I didn’t like the cucumber dish.
