The room was large but a little depressing, seemed pretty clean, the continental breakfast was actually decent, biggest issue was the wifi which was very weak

Horrible experience, never back again! Weird front desk could not find my (confirmed) reservation and rudely kicked my family (with young kids) out, at 8:30pm! Clearly discrimination on English-speaking. We have to drive 50 km to find another hotel to stay for the night.

Stayed here during a cycle trip around lac St Jean and was very pleased y surprised. Very clean room, a decent breakfast with the usual options. But best of all, they used their worn face clothes and leave them in a basket for cyclists to use on their bikes - brilliant!!! The value for money is excellent! Would stay here again

Very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Although the room was overall clean and it had a small fridge for my personal use, it lacked in some key features I like when I stay at hotels. Namely, the tv didn't want to work (although I could turn it on and off I couldn't do anything else including plug in my own hdmi device to it. The tv couldn't seem to recognize the input). The internet was slow (could only stream at 360p and sometimes would get some real long buffering times where it would try to play the rest of what I was watching without success), the bathroom fan would not turn on and finally I could hear knocking noises from the hallway as of +/- 6am. Beds were ok in terms of comfort and they did have a few appropriately placed electrical and USB ports to charge my devices. Staff was friendly (only met one person at the front however so not very exposed to the hotel personnel). Location was also very good seeing that it is located within walking distance to many amenities. Will not stay at this resort again unfortunately.

Huge, beautifully designed rooms. Wifi is terrible but it kind of works. Needs automatic doors for bringing luggage in. Super friendly staff, spotless and wonderful beds and linens ??
