We’ve been using this hotel when visting family for the past 10 years and even though i had previously given 4 stars i’m now downgrading it to 2 stars. We were very disappointed during our recent visit. The room had a terrible humidity smell and when we mentioned this to the manager he said that this is normal and to just open the window. When we asked whether the room could be remade and/or whether we could change room he answered that the housekeeping staff is not available at night and that the hotel is fully booked. Fine, i can understand both points as it is a long week-end. He nonetheless said he would check and put some soap. When we came back to the room later that evening the smell was still present which we manage to trace back to the shower curtain liner. After removing the liner and taking it out of the room the smell subsided somewhat but never really went away. We tolerated the smell for the rest of the week-end as all hotels were fully booked but we will avoid this hotel in the future. We really cannot understand how the housekeeping staff and/or manager could miss such a smell in previous cleaning/room inspections and also cannot imagine being the first guests complaining about it so how to explain that this was not remediated immediatly?

Prices are double that of other hotels ( 220$ ) for a basic room with 2 beds. no breakfast even if they advertise it. ( nut muffin to go, or soggy egg sandwish to go all cold ) no coffee mkers in the rooms, dirty bathroom, no basic toileteries included ( you get 2 cheap bar of soap ) all in all I go to hotels every 2 weeks all over the country, and this one is amongst the worst I have ever seen. extremely dispointed, I will bleach all the clothes I carried here by fear of having bugs in them.

Good location on the main strip, close to a few chain restaurants and fast food. The hotel doesn't have an elevator and rooms are quite small. Front desk staff are very friendly, helpful and bilingual. Breakfast offers a great selection of foods. Cleaning staff very noisy outside of rooms and took extremely long to clean as they do multiple rooms at once.

Place is very old needs update,bed comfy,carpet not that clean lots food crumbles along the wall,old plastic fork and straw behind the fridge with lots of white dust been there for a long time.

This place size incredible lousy service I rented a room there the other night and it cost me $160 I called the reception twice for services person that answered the phone had no clue whatsoever as far as it goes for answering my question it also took over a half an hour to book the room the room was great though and clean but the staff really leaves hey hole to be desperately filled.
