Perfect!
Had such a wonderful check in. My partner and I shared that it was our anniversary and Jess from the front desk was absolutely lovely. She took her time to explain activities, restaurants, and shopping in the area. We couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant welcome! We definitely feel much more prepared to explore this city!

Great!
Needed help locating the room an event was being held & got a puzzled look from the desk agent. He went into a back room and a few minutes later came out to say the room & location. The reception event salmon was cooked perfectly but the shrimp pasta needed more of an alfredo sauce or something, the chicken & alternative vegetable pastas were better prepared. I wanted to try a crab dish but it was surprisingly replaced with something nondescript. The hosted bar featured a great porter beer, which I was thrilled & delighted to see, as stouts & porters are rarely offered at catered events. Customary coffee was replaced thus night, with hot water for tea. The restroom was clean & tidy. The elevator movement appeared rather slow.

Great!
Great place to stay!! Close to the convention center and the market place. Also easy Wal to the gum wall and movie theater as both were just blocks away from the hotel. Just a heads up that this property does not have a hot tub which was a bummer after a long day of waking. Staff could have been a little more hospitable but overall a great stay.

Great!
Stayed for a business trip. Clean rooms. Had a room facing the street, nice view from the window. House keeping was good, bed was made each day. The room heater/ac just did not seem to work beyond a set temperature. Elevators are little confusing the first time, got into the wrong elevator 2 times. One elevator serves higher floors and the other lower floors, guess expected in high rise, I was just not used to it. Did not use room service at all, so cannot speak to it. Good options for dining on level 1 and available till late. Starbucks in lobby is really helpful for morning meetings, as they open at 5:30am, queues may be long so plan accordingly. Located super close to the Seattle convention center, and other downtown attractions are close as well. Centrally located.

Perfect!
This hotel could rely on its location alone but thankfully it has a great staff and amenities. There was some noise through the adjoining room door but otherwise everything about the hotel was great. The fitness center and view from there is fantastic!
