I loved their service and food. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The food was great. Breakfast buffet was delicious. The pool was a tiny bit cold but overall Ok. The playroom needs improvement. Location is fantastic and so was our view. Well go back

We had an excellent family trip to Ottawa. Enjoyed staying at Marriott hotel. The rooms, pool area, and the restaurant were all super clean (the whole hotel was super clean) Beds were very comfortable. Staff was very nice, helpful, and friendly. We wished there was a breakfast included or at least some sort of vouchers as we stayed for 5 days but overall was a very pleasant stay. If I had to make one suggestion it would be to change the lotions and shampoos. They had a super strong , unpleasant smell.

My recent stay was marred by profound dissatisfaction with the front desk service. Upon check-in, I confirmed with the front desk that my room payment was settled through my travel agency and they requested my credit card for a security deposit. I later discovered unauthorized charges for both the security deposit and the room on my credit card. Despite presenting my travel package invoice the next day, the same staff member accused me of not having paid for the room, contradicting her confirmation from the previous day and downplaying the issue. I sought assistance from a different front desk staff member who tried to contact the manager. Unfortunately, the manager was unavailable at the time. Despite leaving my contact information for the manager, I received no follow-up. Frustrated, I contacted my travel agency, and they successfully resolved the matter with the hotel. However, I never received any apologies or further communication from the front desk staff for the inconvenience caused by their mishandling of the situation. In summary, my overall experience with the front desk was disappointing, and the lack of proper resolution or acknowledgement of the issue has left me thoroughly dissatisfied.

perfect 5 stars hotel. Rooms are spotless, bathrooms are clean, shower pressure is perfect (it's also changeable) Service is amazing aswell, and my kids loved the pool, teen room, and arcade there! The location is absolutely beautiful aswell, if you get a room high enough facing the parliament hill. Loved this hotel stay, the beds were very comfy aswell. My only complaint is that the TV is outdated, and wouldn't fit most YouTube videos watched on it, however everything else is amazing.

Updated based on GM response: Bed was broken and terribly uncomfortable, the rooms are in desperate need of an update , parking was 50$! (The manager posted that it's 29$ indoors, unfortunately they don't fit standard size SUV's or trucks) , you may want to inform your staff to indicate to the customer that it will be an additional 20$ because your hotel can not accommodate) not to mention he was very quick to take my tip and NOT help with the bags to room....That is a quarter of the price of the stay and they did not at any point tell me how much it was. I do not recommend.We asked for empty bowls and wine glasses , took over an hour, I just went downstairs and got them myself. The sofa bed was partially broken with a flat mattress (kids slept terrible )I will never stay at this location again.This location is an embarrassment to the marriot name. There is absolutely nothing "Deluxe" about this room, bathroom is undersized , playroom needs a massive update, pool is small and cold.I've stayed in bigger and nicer motels with better amenities, don't waste your time here.
