Amazing staff at this location. They were very nice from the check in all the way to the moment we left. They upgraded our room to the high floor with great view of parliament. Additionally, general manager sent snacks & drinks into our room. Restaurants on premise was nice and had good selection of options for both dinner & breakfast. Would definitely come back

I stayed for 3 nights, but they had oversold the 4th night.(so I couldn't stay) The hotel staff was just lovely. Really nice people. I was placed on the 9th floor. Had an alright view. I used the salt water pool and showers/lockers were nice. The only problem here is the elevators. They had people fixing them, and every time the wait was way too long and had full or empty elevators. Should have given a discount for the annoyance. It was just under 1000$ for Sunday, Monday, Tuesday.

Had a wonderful experience here! Great location close to everything, very modern, updated rooms. Restaurant was amazing with great quality food, friendly service and classy atmosphere. Valet parking is super handy and great service. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

Right from the start our experience was excellent. The gentleman at the desk was polite, welcoming and gave us so much information. Parking was convenient and had both an parking garage or a valet service for guests. Our room was comfortable and clean. We had great views and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conveniently located nesr tons of amenities. I definitely recommend booking with the Westin for your next stay in Ottawa

Overall a good stay and nice staff members. Nice, clean rooms with very comfortable beds/pillows/linens. However I was disappointed with the pool and hot tub area, especially because that was the selling point in booking here. The pool section was very run down and could be a lot cleaner in my opinion. I also should mention that parking is $20 a day in the Rideau Centre underground lot.
