Heures d'ouverture

Sadly this hotel needs a bit of improvement, quite dated and showing signs of age. The staff are fine but last night one of our meals was forgotten for half an hour, so it only arrived after we asked twice. We felt that the kitchen was possibly under-staffed and they were struggling to cope with the demand. The breakfast is basic, fruits were frozen and took ages to warm up to become edible. Despite all that, it’s a good location for local attractions.

The staff and service are excellent. The hotel is located just around the corner, literally, from Insadong-ro. My only complaint was the air conditioning is turned off all day so the room is very hot, 25c/77f. Several hours after turning the AC on, the room was 24c/75f. By morning the temperature was even higher because they shut the AC off at night. The room never cooled off. The second night I asked for a fan which made it more bearable.

Nice clean interiors, spacious rooms, good restaurant services and comfy beds! Just AC is on full so its quite cold when you enter the rooms?

Omg this place is so nice. Where do I begin? Bar, conversation store, karaoke, latte bar, pool, sauna, 2 restaurants, beautiful perfectly manicured grounds. Perfect for families. Stores nearby within walking distance. Room service. AND tips are not required and may be considered rude. Oh, and of course a gift shop. What's not to love?

I love this hotel. They can accommodate large groups (we had 60 plus members). It is close to restaurants and amusement venues. It is in a great location, and I the breakfast is amazing! This is one of the best hotels in South Korea ??! ?
