Opening hours

First of all, nothing beats Taj hospitality. we really enjoyed the stay beacuse of the people there. the room that we were given was really outdated and had a musty odor. the management offered us to upgrade to a newer wind the next day but we were already settled in by then. other than that, we enjoyed our stay there.

I have been an ardent Taj Hospitality fan since late 90's ..ofcourse the buildings are well kept and spick and span clean the hospitality is on the decline since past 7-10 years ....specially post covid the decline has been remarkably sharp this like all the other current day Taj hotels this too was no different...awesome location...grand interiors...average services...Luke warm hospitality...

Hotel was being used by the Australian cricket team which meant that certain entertainment areas were not available. Was disappointed overall as I had to switch my rooms and it took 2 hours to complete. I was told to wait in my old room and they would bring someone up to move my luggage. They didn't come so I went down to reception and lots of phone calls were made. Eventually someone took me up and he tried to sneakily hide the ash tray in the room, they had put me up in a smoking room which was extremely smokey, gave me bad asthma. Had to wait 15 minutes for a table at breakfast and the quality was bad compared to other 5 star hotels in India. Waited 30 minutes for a beer by the pool on my last day. Needs more management structure and staff training to be truly a decent hotel. Will stay at the ITC next time.

I went there for office party. This hotel is awesome and some of qualities are: Good Ambience Good service Good hotel staff Good food Neat and clean floors and toilets Last but not the least you may see some celebrities

I have visited there for an official event. I gave my car to valet parking . When I received my car . The car KM was quite different almost 20km . The car display settings were changed and my sunroof was open . I can’t believe Taj like hotel I will face this issue .
