1. Seasoned puffer skin (If you like to eat cold jelly-like food, then can give it a try)
2. Fried puffer (eat it when it is hot, firm texture)
3. Ocellate Puffer (had the small bowl, which seens sufficient for 2 pax)
Be careful when you eat the puffer skin inside soup, had sharp spikes on surface.
4. Puffer sashimi (expensive, sliced too thinly, no fishy smell which is good)

Geumsubokguk is a quite popular place to have puffer fish, hidden behind an alley. I was disappointed with how the puffer fish was cooked, it was plain. The broth itself was delicious though. I have mixed feelings about recommending this restaurant. If you want to try puffer fish then go for it, but temper your expectations. It's quite pricey.
