Perfect!
We went there on a Sunday night. Beautiful decor, great music, and well executed drinks. Staff was exceptional...they made small talk like we had known them for years. We had 6 drinks between 2 of us. All of them tasted very good. We added beef sliders and beef chimichuri spring rolls to munch on. Price was slightly higher than other bars in town but definitely worth every penny. Highly recommended.

Great!
Decided to stay here as it was just nominated as the top hotel in Thailand. Very nice hotel, but I’ve taken out a star as I’m not sure it justifies the price point compared to other 5-star hotels in Bangkok that cost less than half. That being said, the rooms are some of the best I’ve ever stayed at. Really spacious, beautifully designed and the quality of amenities, toiletries, bedding, media components, etc.. are all top notch. The public facilities are very cool — there’s a pool, spa, gym with muay thai ring and even a modern art museum on-site. It also has its own pier and a private water taxi that offers a convenient way to go across the river. That said, the modern design while beautiful seems too disconnected from Thai culture and feels more like a business complex — it is difficult to tell if you’re in Bangkok, NY or Dubai. The service is exceptional — staff is very professional and friendly, and they responded to all requests in a timely manner. I did have to wait quite a bit to have someone pick up my luggage, though. The food is pretty good — only tried the pool food which is just okay and the breakfast which was probably the best I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. There’s a total of 5-6 restaurants on-site. Overall, I recommend staying here if you want to splurge — but personally I don’t think I will shell out $500+ per night when I can get a similar experience in any of Thailand’s other top hotels.

Perfect!
Wow. Few hotels surpass my expectations and I have high expectations of Four Seasons, but this property certainly did. It is absolutely stunning throughout...bedrooms are large and gorgeous, the dinning options are superb and the bars are the place to be! The art and flowers throughout the hotel is key catching and beautiful. Great location on the river and terrific pools. A very nice place to relax and swim. Service was excellent... friendly, gracious and very helpful. Terrific hotel.

Perfect!
My girlfriend and I have been here 3 times and it is our favorite hotel in the world. This time we stayed for the Christmas week, and got an upgrade to a room with a balcony overlooking the pool and river. The hotel was decorated festively, and they had events throughout Christmas weekend that were great. Free professional photos was our favorite. The best part about this hotel are the people working here. They exemplify what is so great about Thailand. The people are friendly and so fun to interact with. We never felt the need to go out because it felt so comfortable and relaxing to sit and order food from their restaurants. We spent most of our days at the pool eating their wagyu burger and drinking their fruit smoothies. Special shout out to Net who checked us in, upgraded our room, walked us to the most beautiful room, and through out our stay sent us delicious mango sticky rice, and a fruit plate.

Perfect!
Perfect hotel. The staff here are incredible. Many thanks to Tawan for making our stay special. Boy in the gym did an amazing job helping us stretch and keeping us fit. Definitely check out the fitness classes. The selection of available tours is incredible and we had a fun time with our tour guides Tea and Bird.
