Love everything about this hotel.. from the minute we arrived, the staff were so welcoming and accommodating. We got there a bit early, but we're able to get into our rooms right away because it's available. Rooms are clean being made up daily unless you don't want to. Concierge staff are so awesome, we used shuttle service 3 times during our stay, and no matter how busy it gets, they are so calm and polite. The hotel itself is beautiful and decked out for Christmas (we were there in December). 2 beautiful pools but unfortunately we didn't have enough time to use it. 1 thing I felt less than expected is the seafood buffet. I expected it to be more extravaganza and loads of king crabs. There were maybe 10 cut-up pieces at a time on the display. 4 of us could only grabbed 2-3 pieces at a time. Other than that, it's wonderful and we all enjoyed it very much. We stayed in a premiere family room for 2 nights.

My biggest gripe is their flagrant lie on their website regarding the windows of the Luxury Room. On the website, it’s described and pictured as having full pane windows; it was one of the primary reasons I booked this hotel for the view. I got a small little window; the room is not as pictured. No where on the website did they state this was a possibility. 1 star for misleading a customer. Would not stay again or recommend unless they stop misleading folks on the website/booking. Otherwise, a fine stay. Not 5 star quality, but still good quality. Can’t rate more than 1 for their dishonesty. Attached a picture of what I got, “luxury” room.

Checked into the family room. First day was fine but on the second day, the housekeeping service was bad. Towels were taken but not fully replenished. But the service recovery were fast n timely. However liked the location n the rest of the stay was ok. The staff were also very friendly. Breakfast was good with a wide spread. Will like to return.

Beautiful hotel with spacious and clean rooms. The staff are polite and very helpful. Breakfast spread was good. The location is excellent that it's near all the malls like palladium,platinum and the night markets. It's around 40minutes drive from airport and there's a metro nearby. Would definitely recommend this hotel when you are at Bangkok

Every staff always have a smile on their face despite the high flow of guests checking into the hotel. Sometimes the service tend to slow down a bit but they quickly made service recovery in other ways.Breakfast buffet was not as what I expected it to be.Still room for improvement maybe more area to place the coffee machine. The gap in between the tables nearer to the window side is too narrow.Big size guests will have problem in moving around in this area when there is no other place for them to sit anymore. Maybe F&B dept side can look into this issue.Housekeeping was a plus point spotlessly clean for the room.Bellboys are ready to help guests in every possible ways.Shuttle service by the hotel was a bonus for me.
