Hearty chicken soup, great on a cold day. The black silky chicken was interesting, as was the ginseng. The flavours were quite plain, but not in a bad way. And the meals are served with Kimchi and soybean chili paste on the side if you want to spice things up. Very reasonable price at 31,000 won per person for the black chicken ginseng soup. Service was also extremely efficient. Massive queue at 12pm on Sunday but it moved pretty quickly. The restaurant is massive so we only waited about 10 min.

Light but flavourful ginseng soup with tender chicken meat. Glutinous rice was wrapped within the chicken and the ginseng flavour was stronger in the rice. Seafood pancake had the right texture too. Comes with ginseng wine and lots of side dishes. Makes a very filling and satisfying meal. Ambience gives off traditional village vibes and the waiters were generally friendly with fast service.

Came here around 2 PM, for lunch. Although the queue was quite long, it was very quick, mainly because there were many seats. Ordered the ginseng chicken and seafood pancake. The ginseng chicken was quite special. It tasted delicious, not too salty or overpowered taste. It was mild. The glutinous rice was quite nice as well. Seafood pancake was OK and normal in taste. Services were good. Staff very polite and attentive.

Chicken ginseng soup is real nice. Love it especially have it during the cold day. Soup is little bit creamy. Recommend to come to try it!

Famous finding chicken soup , walking distance from the palace. Choice of chicken or black chicken soup. Roasted chicken and sumac chicken too. Seafood pancake is available too and it is really very tasty. Have a sip of the ginseng drink before. Very authentic. Very big restaurant so be early or late and you could get in easily else there would be a queue.
