Michelin Award from 2017 - 2024. Is it really that good ? Yes it is !! We were blown away by the Knife Cut Soup Noodles . Rich Soup Stock, chewy texture and fresh ingredients. The dumplings had a homely taste to it. Flavorful and natural fillings. There are only 4 dishes in this Michelin Restaurant but they are all good ! The cold noodles and Spicy noodles can be a bit of acquired taste but worth a try ! The service is very fast and impeccable. Ordering via vending machines tickets akin to Japanese Ramen shops. A definite food stop for all visitors to Seoul.

One of the best and well-run restaurants we've experienced while in Seoul. Can't remember how we learned about this Michelin -star restaurant and were a bit intimidated in planning to eat here, but the experience was awesome. As we expected, there was a line to enter. Google indicated a wait of at least 60 minutes yet we (2 of us) were seated within 15 minutes. As we got closer to being seated, we were given a menu (they only have 4 items on the menu, and we had already researched and knew what we were going to order), the staff took our order and asked us to pay. From the time we ordered we were seated and our food was brought to the he table within 5 minutes. IT WAS SUPERB!. Wife had the dumplings and I had the hand cut noodles. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The number of awards they have won are deserved as the taste, service, and atmosphere was world class.

I came here in June midafternoon. It wasn’t super crowded with a line and it was controlled very efficiently with two ladies at the entrance who instruct you to order on the machine ahead of time. Then you bring your ticket upstairs with you. Other people seat you. While waiting I went myself to get a water from their refrigerator. We shared an order of dumplings that were very fresh. Then the noodle soup was so good! Would definitely go back.

Very popular and busy place. The kalguksu is amazing and you also get an unlimited serving of kimchi. What I found weird was that we were asked for our order and charged right then and there as we were waiting in the queue to be seated. I’m guessing they are doing this to manage the influx of customers but it makes the whole dining experience a little strained. Great food though! :)

Long queues that move quickly. We were seated within 5 minutes. Only 4 things on the menu. The food was good although it didn’t stand out from most of the other meals we had in Seoul. Worth a visit for the authentic taste and value for money.
