Perfect!
I only have great things to say about this hotel. I stayed here for about 2 weeks and really loved my stay. Staff members are kind and helpful. Housekeeping team is excellent, and they made sure my room was clean and crisp every day. Not to mention the diverse, high quality food included in the breakfast. Finally, the hotel is located in an excellent area right next to subway line 2 and 3, making travel within Seoul smooth. I'll definitely be coming back.

Perfect!
I booked one room for my girls and myself, thinking that we should be fine. The receptionist took one look at us and was concerned that we would be cramped in the room I booked. He upgraded us to a corner family-sized unit, saying that we'd be much more comfortable there (we were). The only caveat was that we'd have to move our rooms twice because the unit wouldn't be available for our entire stay, but he assured us that we would be better off doing that than staying in the smaller unit I had booked. He also recommended that we take the breakfast option (instead of points) as our bonus perk. He was definitely correct. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, and the best part was coming back from our outing yesterday to find a letter in our room informing me that due to a cancelation, we would be able to keep our unit for the duration of our stay. The housekeeping was efficient and friendly, and other than the elevator to the garage being spotty (which really didn't affect us since we had no car), I have nothing but compliments for the staff here. It is also very conveniently located next to a bus and subway station which makes transportation easy. Now, I realize that my treatment was affected by the fact that I'm a titanium member, and most guests wouldn't have the same experience, but I have nothing but the best to say of my experience here thus far (I still have 5 more nights here).

A rather dated hotel which appears to be of some age. It's strange that the reception is on level 4, very confusing. ? The breakfast is fine with pretty much anything you could want though the fruit isn't good & few options. The staff good but reception isn't good with English. The room is basic & the bathroom & toilet somewhat confronting with the frosted glass window to the bedroom, I found this very embarrassing. ? Also the lack of a face washer, to us it's an essential, thankfully we take our own! ? The prices we don't know as we were on a package tour. The hotel is passable but we've stayed in much better. Oh yes & as mentioned, the elevators! ? Two linked & one not. You press the {two) call buttons, the indicator lights but I timed it! 56 seconds before the elevator arrived! ?

I recently embarked on a group tour booked through an agency, but due to a different itinerary, I traveled separately from the rest of the group. Upon arrival, we agreed to head straight to the hotel and check in ourselves. Arriving at the hotel in the morning, we dropped off our luggage and were told that we could check in at 3pm after providing our names. Confident in this arrangement, we made plans to meet relatives in the area for lunch. Returning to the hotel at 3pm, as instructed, we were blindsided by the hotel's refusal to check us in. Despite the bookings being under our names, the hotel insisted that the keys could only be handed to the tour guide. This protocol was not mentioned when we first dropped off our luggage, leading to significant inconvenience and frustration. Had we been informed of this policy earlier, we would not have wasted our time returning at 3pm. The lack of clear communication from the hotel was unacceptable, and the insistence on handing the keys to the tour guide—despite the bookings being under our names—was baffling. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and soured the start of our trip. Clear communication and respect for guests' reservations should be a given in any reputable hotel. Incredibly inconvenient!

Service was excellent and location was very good with a metro station adjacent to the hotel and proximity to Myeong-Dong. Room had a motion activated light near the door that would go off when going to the bathroom at night. Hotel placed black tape over the light when we asked it the motion sensor could be turned off. The fix was adequate, but not ideal as it muted the light but still activated with some light. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I read the complaints about the elevators, but did not have an issue as most hotels you have to wait some for an elevator. Did not find an issue.
