Stayed at Lotte City Myeongdong twice so far, and its really a 5 star experience. Firstly, the location is perfect. Walking distance to both the subway and bus stops, its never a hassle to travel out. Secondly, the hotel itself is so well-kept and managed; clean and comfortable with a laundry room for those that's staying for more than a week. Lastly, and most importantly the service has consistently been its shining gem that brings us back again and again. I made our room's power trip and a very friendly and competent uncle came and really did his best to fix it, even though it was well past midnight and anyone would have been grouchy. He left with a smile and I'd love to thank the staff and the uncle for their consistent hard work to bring their guest a great and happy holiday experience.

Beautiful hotel that includes plenty of amenities. Rooms are sizable, but if you need more space I’d get the largest size. Room service did a great job with accommodating needs and front desk was always available to support.

Pros: Great location close to tourist attractions and train station access,rooms are spacious for Asian hotel standards. Clean and quiet. Cons: poor toilet flush system, centralised room temp so you cannot adjust temp in your room.

No one helped me with the luggage ?, very bad customer service, they don’t provide toothpaste, brush, sugar, milk and spoon which is essential and all the other 4 stars hotels provide. You have to buy these things from the store. They don’t provide a wight scale in the bathroom, you need to go to the second floor to wight yourself and it’s a luggage scale. The cleaning of the room and the bathroom was very poor, she literally didn’t took more than 15 minutes to clean them. I won’t even rate it as a 1 star ?????? Not worth how much I spent, definitely not recommended at all.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel in the downtown area of Seoul. It is easily accessible from the airport. The airport shuttle bus stops just a block away from the hotel. It's location makes it convenient to explore the sights and sounds of Seoul, many of which are walking distance. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast offers a good selection of Asian and European options. Personally, I found this hotel to be a good value for money and I will certainly stay here again
