Location of hotel is excellent, right in the heart of myeongdong so you can easily access shops, restaurants and the metro which is about 5 mins walk away. Rooms were small but clean and I like that I don’t have to climb into a bathtub to take a shower. There is bidet in the toilet which I really liked. Reception staff were polite and helpful too. The only downside is the pillows. They provide a hard and soft pillow but the hard was too hard and soft was too soft and there was no in between. After the second night, we requested for an additional soft pillow each which the hotel provided and it helped a little. The bed was comfortable though. I wish they would do something about their pillows cos it affects sleep quality!

My partner and I had a pleasant stay. The customer service was good, the room was spacious and decently tidy, and the location was great. However, the main downside was the quality of the pillows, which were terrible and made it difficult to sleep. No alternatives were available after speaking with hotel staff.

My recent stay at Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Seoul was exceptional. The hotel's prime location in the heart of Myeongdong's food street made exploring the vibrant culinary scene effortless. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat. The staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness and helpfulness, enhancing the overall experience. A notable highlight was the hotel's proximity to the renowned Myeong kyoja restaurant, adding a delightful culinary dimension to my stay. I highly recommend Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Seoul for a memorable and convenient stay in Seoul.

I am glad that I picked this hotel to stay 4 nights in Seoul. First, tho, I had my doubts because: the front door on 1st floor looked so bare and old. Lobby is on 21st floor. The hall so dark with jaded carpet, the lift small and lift’s floor really old. All my doubst went away as soon as I arrived in the room. The room is spacious. Lots of closets. Huge bathroom. And this is important thing to me: SUPER CLEAN. I checked behind the curtains, inside cabinet, NO DUST. The room does not smelly. The towels are fluffy and clean. 2 pillows: super hard and super soft. Bedding CLEAN. Omg, I fell in love with this hotel’s cleanliness after I have done my check under everything routine. Also, the location is best: in the middle of Myeongdong market, a few steps to Myeongdong street food, Michelin star dumpling restaurant right in front the door, conveniences store here and there. Oh, the water pressure for shower is excellent! I still have a few nights stay and I miss this comfy room already. I will stay here again when I came back to Seoul.

Solaria is located right in the middle of Myeongdong, just acrss the street from the famous Myeongdong Kyoja Main Store - a great location. The room is of decent size and the service staff members are friendly, including the chambermaids who greet you as you walk past them. The hotel is within walking distance to a few subway stations and many restaurants and cafe. A very convenient location if one would like to be based in Myeongdong to explore Seoul.
