Been listening to this place alot, and finally gave it a try during our visit in Lajpat Nagar. We went during lunch time and crowd was at peak. There was no management and it was proper chaos to place the order to the guy at counter. Service was pretty quick, got our order within 10 minutes. We tried Chicken Paratha and one more paratha (forgot the name). Both paratha tasted great, the chutney and onion salad were perfect complement. Paratha layer was a bit thick but personally I enjoyed it. There is no proper seating so that's a downside. Also, there are lots of beggars roaming around, so that was a bit of turn off. Overall, good place with lots of varieties in not only parathas but also in thali's and some sweets. Will give it a try next time I'm here again. Cheers

Yesterday, we tasted the most famous moolchand paratha. However, the taste is on the ordinary side. There is no proper sitting area, like there is no fan, and the area is not cleaned as well. They should work on the sitting area along with hygiene. We tried their Aloo Pyaj, Gobhi, Paneer, and Mix Veg Paratha with sweet and sour lassi. The hype was exaggerated; you can try it once. Online transactions and Google Pay are supported.

Located conveniently under Moolchand Metro Station, this iconic spot has been serving Delhi for over four decades and is a popular hub for college students. Aside from paranthas, you can enjoy main course options like rajma rice and some incredible desserts such as ras malai, kulfi, and gajar ka halwa, perfect for winter. Don’t miss the flavoured lassi – they have some unique options like black currant and custard apple. Though the prices have increased considerably one may visit if he/she is a parantha lover.
