I had a wonderful experience during my 5-day stay at Leela Ambience Hotel. This 5-star hotel is renowned for its elegance and amenities. The architecture and design are stunning, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The cleanliness and facilities in the room were exceptional. The food was outstanding, especially the buffet, which offered a variety of delicious cuisines. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and courteous, always ready to assist. The spa and wellness facilities provided a perfect escape, helping me unwind after a long day. Overall, Leela Ambience Hotel offered me an unforgettable experience that I will cherish. I would definitely love to return!

Even your food also delicious (dinner & breakfast both) and restaurant staff of cafe knosh were very humble and courteous. We really enjoy it. We definitely look forward you soon in future and hope next time you provide more better service.

My recent stay at The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel in Delhi was far from what I expected from a reputed hotel. I stayed from October 3rd to October 7th, 2024, and unfortunately, encountered multiple issues that made my experience quite unpleasant. Here’s a detailed account of my stay: Upon arrival, the problems began immediately. In our first room, the indirect lighting system wouldn’t turn off. After calling reception, they sent a maintenance person to fix the issue, but he couldn’t resolve it. The only “solution” offered was to turn off the master switch, which shut down all the electrical outlets and lights in the room. This left us with no bedside electricity and forced us to sleep in complete darkness, unable to use any of the room’s amenities overnight. The next day, they moved us to another room, but it had the same problem. Frustrated, we were moved yet again. However, changing rooms did not solve the issues. All of the rooms were dirty, with mold in the bathrooms – a clear sign of poor maintenance and hygiene standards. To make matters worse, the hotel is located in a rather unpleasant neighborhood, which doesn’t add to the experience of staying at what is supposed to be a luxury hotel. The area felt unsafe and inconvenient, making it difficult to enjoy our stay. The most aggravating part of my experience occurred when I ordered two glasses of whiskey one night. I didn’t drink them and left them, closed, on the counter. Housekeeping came in the next day and threw them away. When I complained to the hotel staff, they reacted as though I was lying. They even started an “investigation process” into the incident, which was both surprising and disrespectful. This kind of treatment was completely unacceptable and made me feel extremely unwelcome. The only positive aspect of my stay was the hotel car service. The driver was outstanding and provided excellent service, a small silver lining in an otherwise disappointing experience. In conclusion, I would not recommend staying at The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel in Delhi. Despite its reputation, the hotel’s service, cleanliness, neighborhood, and handling of guest issues left much to be desired. Save yourself the trouble and consider staying elsewhere.

Overall we enjoyed a lot, a warm welcome right from the entrance, reception(taken care of a lot), food court etc. You will fall in love again n again with food and the restaurant Staff especially east Indian staff, they exactly knows how to greet n treat the customers/guests. We were with a 2.5 year old kid and they have taken care of him a lot which indeed won our hearts. Hygienic conditions all around. Overall we would love to take their hospitality again in future.

Apart from the location everything seemed to be perfectly in its place.. breakfast buffet could have had a few more options.. quality was great but variety of items were limited.. also guests staying for longer duration might not prefer the same menu every morning.. out of 4 mornings enjoyed breakfast only for 2 days and only reason was same menu
