A two night stay with my husband was totally relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable. Been here earlier and Andaz never lets you down. The dining experiences at Annamaya as well as Soul Pantry( with friends from the city) were exceptionally great too. The spacious rooms and outstanding housekeeping kept us pampered too. Overall the stay was memorable and I am back at the hotel at the end of the month. Kudos and godspeed

Our stay at this Hyatt concept hotel was deeply disappointing, falling far short of its premium positioning and pricing. While some staff members were professional, the overall experience was marred by numerous issues. The restaurant service was particularly problematic, with chaotic seating, long wait times, poor communication about menu options, and inattentive staff. Our room had maintenance issues, including a loose shave mirror and visible mold in the shower. The amenities and room quality were below par for a high-end establishment, and the extra charge for airport drop-off seemed excessive. Throughout our stay, we encountered a casual attitude from staff that didn't align with the hotel's luxury pricing. Despite its ambitious concept, this hotel failed to deliver on almost every front, from service consistency to room quality and overall atmosphere. Given these shortcomings, it's difficult to recommend this hotel, especially considering its premium price point. Significant improvements are needed across all aspects of the hotel to justify its position in the luxury market.

This Hyatt concept hotel seems like an idea that should have remained in the planning stages. While the staff were a bright spot, nearly every other aspect of the experience was disappointing. Every other aspect of the hotel fell short of expectations for a high-end establishment. The amenities, room quality, and overall atmosphere left much to be desired, especially considering the hotel's positioning and pricing. A particular point of frustration was the high charge for airport drop-off. In my experience, this service is typically included in the room rate at other luxury hotels, and its absence here only added to the sense of disappointment.

We had a splendid stay at Andaz Delhi. The hotel is top notch and has a great team who make you feel welcomed right away. The rooms and facilities are top notch and even the in house restaurant is amazing. My mom and I enjoyed the espresso bar a lot especially at the end of the day it was a great way to recharge. The rooms are huge and very aesthetically pleasing. The area outside the hotel is extremely safe and has a lot of dining options. I would definitely be staying at Andaz on my next trip to New Delhi!
