The worst service in a star hotel. No coordination between room service and reception. There was leakage in coffee maker. No response to complaint. Requested to give towel at 10.30pm Not received till morning. Informed to give break fast in parcel as our flight was early in the morning. Not ready when we leaving from hotel in the morning. Overall a worst experience.

Really located in the heart of Delhi. Rooms are good and safe. But the helpfulness of the staff gives them a little unpleasant rating . Women choose five star hotels so that they are safe and at the time of unexpected situations or dire time.. they don't go beyond their rules ... Sad ?

Rooms are old and dirty tools, example the sink and the tea machine, the food was not good for a 5 stars hotels very bad choice and 99% is Indian food, a part of 1 pasta or 1 pizza but they are bad prepared and Indian styled. Pro: I appreciate the welcoming from the staff at the door and in the restaurant

Location is apt and this is an approx. 60 years old hotel. Prices are exorbitantly high for food and drinks and quality isn’t that great. Water bottles are chargeable after the 4 bottles are exhausted. One of the lamps was not working and 3 different people came to get it fixed. A layer of dust could be found on the table and although booked for 2 pax, only one towel, one dental kit was provided and have to ask for another one. Considering one of the old hotels operated by ITDC, had high expectations but totally disappointed.

It is a nice option to choose but I think food quality should improve and the food should be made fresh I ate chole and I don't know why my whole family thinks there was a smell in the food so ya the environment was child friendly The staff was also humble to me So at the end is will Say it's the best hotel ?
