Overall, our stay was enjoyable, but there were a few areas for improvement. The toiletries could have been better, and one of the towels provided had a stain, which was folded inside out to hide it. We had to call reception to request fresh towels and report the issue, as the hotel charges for incidentals, which we didn’t want to be held accountable for. This added some unnecessary hassle. However, the staff was polite and pleasant to interact with. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet the next morning, and the rooms were spacious with nice views. In-room dining was also decent. The best part, though, was the location—it was ideal for a short stay as I had a connecting flight the next day and wanted something hassle-free. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.

Very good staff and rooms . Location is near the airport Food is very good and service is excellent. Perfect place for business and personal travel. Lobby is great and the gym is also nice. My go to when flying through Delhi. Great staff, service and food! The rooms are nice and spacious, with a well stocked mini bar and a smart TV. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel near Delhi Airport, and while the overall experience had its positive aspects, my first impression was unfortunately less than ideal. Upon ordering tea to my room, I was surprised and disappointed when the server insisted on immediate payment. As an international traveler relying on my card for transactions, this approach felt disrespectful and unnecessary, especially since I expected such a well-regarded hotel to have more considerate and professional service protocols. To address the issue, I had to call the reception to clarify the situation, which added unnecessary inconvenience to my stay. A hotel of this caliber should prioritize guest comfort and trust, rather than putting them in awkward situations like this. That said, the rest of my stay was pleasant, with clean rooms, great amenities, and a convenient location near the airport. However, the initial experience left me questioning the hospitality standards at this property. I sincerely hope the management reviews and improves their service policies to ensure future guests feel truly welcomed and respected.

Stayed at Ocean View Hotel and loved the clean rooms, friendly staff, and beautiful location near the beach. The breakfast was excellent, and the amenities added great value. Would definitely stay again!
