Opening hours

I stayed only for one night. The ambience and staff are very nice, room service is nice. However the rooms seem dated. Looks like this hotel is still trying to cling to its glory past. The TV in my room was tilted to one side and with large curtains and small room it felt a bit claustrophobic. I tried the breakfast, however the breakfast spread is not that of a five star hotel. The alloo and paneer paraunthas were very anaemic. Very little alloo and paneer in them. I usually stay at andaaz and found that to be more luxurious. didn't try any of their other restaurants. I will take other reviewers word for it.

Lobby is very comfortable and same what we feel around the staff working here. We were welcomed by front office staff very well specially Ashima we remember as it meant really a lot as we were first timers.

Worst hospitality experience ever … I have booked a cab from USA. Gave my flight number. But still no one was there to pick us up. Since it was midnight 2AM and we were travelling for 26 hours we knew it wil be hard for us to wait that is why booked in advance but no one showed up. Had to argue with the people to get a cab. After reaching the hotel it took so long to get the room and they behaved like they never got my call. I have proofs of call. the Room alloted to us was very small. Smaller than a three star hotel. Not worth the money at all. We paid more than 1000$ for three nights for a smallest room. During breakfast poha was served and it was very dried out. I complained but no one showed up. Waiter said she spoke to manager and manager will come in few minutes but no one came. I haven’t expected such hospitality from ITC. I would rather always prefer Vivanta. Their rooms were magestic and large at a great location.

Our guide told us this was an excellent hotel. It was spectacular in every aspect of customer service. Attentive and abundant staff, courtesy and helpful. Service is obviously something they take great pride in providing. My king Bed room was wonderful. Clean, large, amenities galore. Our group ate dinner and breakfast there and the food was well prepared, visually pleasing, served at proper temperature, and great variety. (My only missteps here was that Everything contained dairy- lactose allergy) This however was not a problem they asked the chef to prepare me selections that were vegan thus they contained no dairy. They did it with a smile and quickly, in so time they were bringing me great freshly prepared dishes. If I could give 10 stars I would. It is important to note that they are very Green in their operations You all should be very proud of the way you represented the meaning of hospitality.

I am ur platinum guest. It's a beautiful hotel. Best hotel services including the food especially Idli in room dinning. Special mention Archana at front desk who is very nice in handling & excellent communication. I will definitely coming back next month.
