My stay at Oakwood Hotel Coex was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service, top-notch facilities, and great location. From the moment we arrived, the warm and professional welcome from the staff made our experience pleasant. Ella, Elena, and Kelly were very kind and helpful, exceeding our expectations to ensure our stay was enjoyable. My husband loved the fitness center and spa as well. Great location , has a excellent gym with sauna and jaccuzi. Staff are courteous and helpful. Room is comfortable, however , airconditioner is a bit noisy , and sometimes switched off for 30minutes ( to conserve energy?) Room carpet looks a bit old and dirty. Breakfast has limited variety .

Love the location. Rooms were spacious but as usual with many hotels in Korea, the room had a dank smoke smell.

The hotel residence is on a prime location and close to the mall and train stations. My son will be spending his last semester at Hun Yang university and wanted to set him up with great accomodations and access. We spen two weeks to get familiarize with the area and was very impressed with the facility. Great accomodations and best service that most 5 star hotels provide. The workout facility and golf simulators are incredible. This would motivate anyone to utilize daily. Restaurants and room service provide a vast selection to choose from. The staff were very accomodating and specially want to mention Dominic and Leo in providing us great assistance with our needs. They stepped up and provided us 5 star service. Great job guys. First time in Seoul and was very inpressed with the city and more importantly the culture. Respect and integrity. Wow... everyone does the best job they can provide without expecting gratuity. Unheard of in the West and very refreshing change. Thank you for a great experience.

Today is cold and rainy. We can’t walk outside to find a taxi. And ask for door bell to ask if helping us to find a taxi, but they refuse me.
