Opening hours

Very pleasant staff members; on check in and when we had a couple of requests. Room had window that opened, lots of English channels on TV, good working bathroom with strong water pressure. Fridge was nice and cold. Laundry machines excellent; washer 3000, dryer 3000, detergent 500. Iron and board. Basic hotel but everything you need. Welcome drink is tea/ coffee (no milk) or juice. Reception is on top floor so you never really see any hotel staff coming into and leaving the hotel on a daily basis through the lobby on ground level. Best thing is the huge fresh food market on all sides of the hotel building. Fastest way to reach it is turning right after exiting the lifts, out past the Convenience Store, turn right and right again down through the alley that leads into the market. Market opens 7am - 6pm /7 days. Excellent too for cooked foods, gimbap, baked goods, snacks.. Ice and water dispensers in a little room on each floor.

New and clean rooms. The reception desk is on 17th floor. The staff are polite but not as courteous as in Japan. There are no free toothbrushes or toothpaste. Everything is slimmed down. But it is a good place to stay for a night or two in Busan.

Well located hotel with small but well maintained rooms. Breakfast in the restaurant was interesting as all guests were asked to clean the table after eating. Come to think of it, it wasn't too tiring, considering it wasn't the Pullman Hotel after all. However, I have one problem: what does Ibis have against black tea? :) I didn’t find anything either in the room or in the restaurant, only chamomile, which was not bad.

We really liked to stay in this hotel, it is just right in the city center. It is very close to the train station, you can get off from the metro just in front of the hotel. Breakfast is very nice and diverse. All the personnel was nice and the receptionists were attentive and helpful in every shift, special thanks to Regina!:) You can get purified water for free in every floor, it is very comfortable! Another great thing was that we could leave there our suitcases for free until we went to Jeju for holiday.

The rooms are adequately sized and comfortable with the usual amenities like tea and coffee, however the tv could do with an upgrade as there is currently only the older AV type connections for external devices. There is an ice machine located on every floor, along with a vending machine for any necessities. There is also a laundry facility on the 10th floor providing a single washer and dryer available for use, costing 3000 for each use. Unfortunately there is no gym facility at the hotel. The hotel is centrally located with a bustling market right next door.
