Our server (Phoenix?) was excellent - just the perfect balance of checking on us and leaving us alone- and she was very busy with all the tables around us too. We enjoyed her professionalism and kind manner a lot. Food was also excellent! The Med Bowl is a new favourite dish - I could eat that fresh veg and flavour combo every day. I missed taking photos of our appetizer, wine and drinks - but all were great.

I visited Cactus club after multiple recommendations from friends. I went during happy hour and got myself some truffle fries and mini chicken sandwiches along with a cheddar burger for my partner. The truffle fries were fantastic, i was addicted to them and honestly wanted seconds. The mini chicken sandwiches were also tasty and the burger was fresh as well. All in all great experience, great ambience, great service, but the menu could do a little better and the seating arrangement could be slightly more adequate to allow freedom of movement as the spot seemed very “packed”

Food was really good! We went there during happy hour and we had a reservation. They have a 2-hr dining time and you cannot stay beyond that. Servers were polite and nice. 5/5 would recommend. Definitely will come back!

I like the atmosphere which has a nice interior design. Menu has variety options from taco to sushi. Prices are okay. Only thing I don’t like it I order bowl and even if it is not written they put a larger portion of rice. Taste was ok but waiting vegetables and chicken but just got a huge rice. Be careful wait they write in the menu. In general, if you wanna travel and try to find places to eat. You can check it out.

Wonderful experience at Cactus Club! We came around the winter holidays for lunch on a weekday and were seated on the second floor. Weekday lunches here definitely skew toward a Financial District workers crowd. It was pretty busy but we had a reservation which saved us time waiting. We had a very pregnant person in our party, so was glad to see an elevator in case she needed to use it. The whole place has a very cozy vibe, despite being such a huge location! Our server was wonderful and gave us some recommendations as well! The food we got was all delicious and perfect! Portions were good, tasted good, and looked good too! We asked for the appetizers to come out first, which took about 10 mins. The rest of the food took about another 10-15 mins to come out. The prices here are definitely higher than usual, but I think it may be worth it for special moments with friends and loved ones!
