Services from most of the staffs there were great. I had a red eye flight and they let me free early check-in so I get to rest during the noon time. But the down side was, the milky water from the sink, a jump fuse happened a minute after I blew dry my hair, there was ink stain on bed sheets. Hardware needs to be updated but again, they have excellent services.

We enjoyed our night out one night stay at the Doubletree last week. We arrived at 4pm and even though the front desk was busy the check-in process was efficient, staff were friendly & helpful, and yes the cookies are still warm & tasty! We opted for the king standard suite. Our room (#1011) was spotlessly clean, bed and pillows very comfortable and even had a view of city hall! We headed out first thing so we didn’t get a chance to use any of the facilities at the hotel. We opted for off site parking because my husbands SUV was too tall for the hotel garage (garage is 6’, his vehicle is 6’3” ?) but he was able to find the parking garage at city hall only 500m away that accommodated taller vehicles. Thanks to the staff and management. We will definitely be back!

I had an amazing stay! The front desk staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming. The rooms are a bit dated but the service made me overlook that. Will definitely stay again. Alisa the manager was very very friendly and help full

One of the most pleasant stays I have ever had. Staff were very attentive. I had to call down for pillows and they came up right away. Housekeeping recognized me and would ask if I needed anything and give me waters even though I had declined daily cleaning. Great location with lots of restaurants and shops walkable. Would gladly stay here again in the future.

Need to improve feng shui if increasing prices post covid I get but parking is so awkward to maneuver the price tag not welcoming. Stayed spontaeously for my bday room fine for one night but dust on the side table and beds lumpy sheets could use an refresh. At $200 expect more cleaning staff are so loud in the AM doesn't help with the addition of city noises. Least you could offer is free breakfast but i'm slapped with an overpriced menu of stuff I can make at home and expecting a charge for late or early checkout is just deterring someone from ever returning do better if you care at all about your hotels integrity only plus is location.
