All staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Ash on check-in gave us all the information about the hotel and answered our questions as we arrived late into the evening. He even remembered us and all our details when we checked out 3 days later. Great hotel location and good connection with TTC Metro. The only criticism is that the breakfast area was too small, too many people in a small area it didn't feel relaxed. The toaster is a 4-slot domestic type rather than a rolling commercial style so waiting a while. Hotel is clean. Room lighting could be better especially around the wardrobe area which is a dark corner. Other than these few niggles we would stay here again.

This is the perfect hotel for sardines. If you’re a family of sardines, even better. There’s no space to walk in your room. The bed is all the way to the edge of the wall. All you can do here is sleep. Forget enjoying your hotel. You’re a sardine, remember?

Hotel was easy to find and in a great location for walking to many sites. Parking was a little confusing as the ramp to the garage is on the back street, we parked in the public parking garage by mistake, but now we know for next time where to go. The hotel was very clean and staff were all very pleasant. Out room was perfect size and the beds were comfortable. I only wish we had a better view as our window looked out into the courtyard and was an easy view in to the room so we kept the curtain drawn. We did not eat at the hotel but did have cocktails at the bar. Darrell our tender was fantastic....he really treated us like we were royalty. I would definitely stay here again the next time I plan to visit Toronto.

Managed to get the room for an excellent price from hotwire. The rooms are very small but they are clean and are well kept. Kids love the pool. Not a large or deep pool but they had a lot of fun. The rooftop patio was nice and private for the most part. Elevators are quick with very little waiting time. Staff have been excellent. I do think the rooms are a little expensive for the size but the location is just fantastic. Have a look around and you can easily save $100cnd a night and based on that pricing I can highly recommend this hotel. We booked a double bed room and it was tight to walk around the room. The beds are comfortable. Pillows are nice with a firm and soft for each person. Small fridge, Keurig coffee and tea. Was able to keep the room very cool which is awesome with the humid hot air the Toronto provides in the summer.

I stayed at the hotel on July 10. The option to prepay online wasn't available for the cheaper rate so the room that I requested wasn't available. There was a mix up with parking but Encar at the front desk was lovely. I've stayed at this hotel many times & it's a great location, good selection for breakfast. Will stay at this hotel again.
