Worst.
I have never encountered such abysmal service from a Hilton hotel in my life. The housekeeping at the Hilton Toronto is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Despite my repeated requests—twice a day, for two consecutive days—the room was never cleaned properly. I am appalled by the level of negligence and disregard for cleanliness. I am a diamond member Hilton Honors member, and this experience is a severe disappointment. The lack of response and action from both the hotel management and reception is unacceptable. The Hilton brand, once synonymous with quality and excellence, has severely let me down. I am sharing pictures to highlight the extent of the poor cleaning service (Please note that these pictures are after cleaning). This experience has shattered my trust in the Hilton brand. Avoid this hotel if you value cleanliness and proper service.

Not bad
The best part of the Hilton in downtown Toronto is its prime location, which is close to everything you might need. However, my stay was marred by several significant issues. First, the air conditioning was incredibly loud, sounding like a washing machine running all night. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep with that noise. Additionally, the elevators were a nightmare, taking 10-15 minutes to arrive, which was incredibly frustrating. During my stay, there was a power outage, and it became clear that the hotel is not equipped to handle emergencies. If you need food during such an event, good luck. Their only option was selling peanuts or chips from their market for $10, which is outrageous. Given these experiences, I would save your money and look to stay somewhere else. The location is great, but the drawbacks significantly outweigh the benefits.

Not bad
The location and the quality rooms were the only real good thing about this place. The elevators were complete hell, a non stop traffic jam of people with elevators that took forever to get back to the lobby to pick people up. One night I had to go to the service area just to stop waiting so long for the elevators. I could walk up to the 9th floor quicker than it would that those elevators. The diamond member lounge on the 32nd floor was nice with a good view, but the breakfast was abysmally mid, most of the food was cold and the selection was a complete joke. Staff were fine though.

Perfect!
We got a room at the Hilton from Hotwire. We were so pleased with the hotel as a whole. It was clean, the staff were friendly and accommodated an early check in with no hassle. The room itself was great, the bed was comfy as were the pillows. We really enjoyed the view as well. The only thing that was not so enjoyable was the long wait times for elevators. That being said, we will definitely stay here again!

Perfect!
Generally a hotel room is just a place to sleep. As long as it is clean, comfortable and functional I am pretty happy. I was staying at the Hilton for Victoria Day weekend and this was the first time that any hotel stay felt "luxury" to me. That experience came from a bartender named Daniel. He has that something that you just can't teach. Not only was he polished and professional, he added a personal touch that really elevated the experience. I mentioned that I was seeing a show in town and when I asked him to make a drink and surprise me he chose a drink in the style of the show I had just watched. He made me and my husband instantly comfortable, which is a rare thing. Usually I don't care for hotel bars or restaurants; they're beautiful but cold. Thanks for proving me wrong. Our room was lovely, clean and comfortable. My only wish was to have an extra outlet either near the full length mirror or a second outlet on the other wall of the bathroom. When we both have things we need to plug in to get ready it was a little difficult to be limited to one outlet near a mirror.
