We had an amazing time at this hotel! The rooms were awesome—clean, big, and with nice views. The hotel is right in the middle of downtown, which was very convenient. It only took us 10 minutes to drive from Toronto city airport. Lots of fun things to do were nearby and we found lots of good restaurants too. Checking in was easy and the staff were nice. You will find plenty of good restaurants nearby. Checking in was easy, and the staff were friendly. Since our flight back was in the afternoon, they let us check out late for an extra charge of CAD 25 per hour. They offer a breakfast buffet for CAD 40, but we didn't go for it. We were worried because the furniture wasn't safe for kids, so we had to watch our baby closely when she played. Besides that, we had a great time staying here.

I had a four-night stay at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location was great, and we loved our spacious room with a nice view. However, the room lacked a main light, making it sometimes challenging to see. We loved the heated pool, and the gym was good too. While the breakfast had enjoyable food, we found that for the price, it would be great if there were more options at least every other day. However my main issue and the reason for the 4 star was the breakfast service. There's one waiter that seemed eager for tips despite guests having to get their own food. The only 2 things that you need to ask for, are a spoon and coffee. It would be better if guests could get simple basic items like coffee and spoons without relying on waiters, as this led to long delays and uncomfortable encounters with a waiter expecting a large tip for a minimal ask and a "not so great" service. I usually tip very generously at the end of my stays if i really enjoyed a service. This aspect left a less favorable impression on an otherwise positive stay. Finally the lobby receptionists were really helpful and nice and always made sure to resolve any issue.

We really enjoyed our stay here. A perfect location in the heart of downtown Toronto. The views were amazing. The indoor/outdoor pool was an incredible experience and the continental breakfast was reminiscent of our trips to Europe. The hotel was recently renovated so everything is done very well from the service to the rooms. Dont stay anywhere else when you visit Toronto!

I saw a mouse running around on the 33rd floor lounge. If there is a mouse on the highest floor, that means the building is completely infested by mice; inside walls, along pipes, wiring and air ducts. it's surprising that the hotel is just operating regularly. If I were a building owner, I would shut down the building for a week or so to completely get rid of the mice. Location is nice though and the renovated rooms are quite solid.

I paid an upgrade for the lounge, I was not informed that liquor would not be provided on a complimentary basis. I expected it would as other Hiltons Lounges provide liquor on a complementary basis. I would not mind if I was informed at the beginning that they wouldn’t provide it complimentary, but I was not informed. The lounge was shut for the whole afternoon, evening and breakfast time for one of our days, was I informed?? No I wasn’t. They said the restaurant would provide a complimentary appetiser so to head there instead. Once I got there the food and beverage staff said they only heard about this 1 minute before I approached them, please bear in mind this all happened one hour into what should be the evening lounge service. So please reconsider upgrading to the lounge, or go to an alternative Hotel. On a positive note the food and beverage staff were amazing with their customer service.
