It was very close to the train station, so me and my mom only had to walk, but since it has been a long time since we came to Toronto, we took a taxi and realized that it could've only been a 5-6 minute walk..? anyways, the people over there was super nice! And the building is super tall, that the elevator takes time to get up.. it's overwhelming for me.. the rooms we're super clean and nice! I loved this stay! There also was a coffee machine, and a small refrigerator!

Great service and rooms. Had only one bad experience from the lady at downstairs coffee shop. Other than that beautiful place to live right in downtown. Just careful of homeless people. They have rooms with nice views

The staff was very friendly, checking in and out was fairly quick and easy. Location is amazing, walking to CN tower, city hall, and so much more. Food inside the hotel bar area, not the best, paid $13.00 for 2 single banana bread slices that were not fresh. Other then that, 5 stars across the board.

I am a Bonvoy Titanium elite. This Sheraton makes us feel important. Club lounge is great. Everybody at the hotel is kind and helpful. It is very easy to visit major tourist sites. We plan to visit Toronto again in the future and we will stay at this Sheraton again.

Great location, but the views are pretty bad. Check in was great. They put a lot of effort into getting me a good room without an adjoining door. The staff respected our “do not disturb”, which is important for us. They also gave great service when we requested it. The room was pretty old. Definitely needs a renovation. The lobby was well renovated, and the privacy booths for work were great for me. The elevators shake and make noise. Not the best experience there. The restaurant and coffee shop are EXTREMELY over priced for the lack of quality, but it’s downtown Toronto, so expected.
