Opening hours

Great location, but the views are pretty bad. Check in was great. They put a lot of effort into getting me a good room without an adjoining door. The staff respected our “do not disturb”, which is important for us. They also gave great service when we requested it. The room was pretty old. Definitely needs a renovation. The lobby was well renovated, and the privacy booths for work were great for me. The elevators shake and make noise. Not the best experience there. The restaurant and coffee shop are EXTREMELY over priced for the lack of quality, but it’s downtown Toronto, so expected.

I attended a conference there, and One of the things I've always liked about the Sheraton is the Location, it's so easy to find, even if your not looking for it, example: I ducked out of the conference and walked across the street to a Chip Truck and ordered a Hot Dog and fries, and it had started to rain, and I immediately sought shelter, and went down the steps to get out of the rain, and without paying attention to my surroundings I'd just went inside the doors, and instantly felt warm air, I was out of the cold, and as I walked along the corridor I found a seating area with tables, as I sat down to enjoy my Dog and fries, I looked around to see where I was. And I seen the entrance to the Sheraton Hotel, without knowing it, I'd found my way! That is one of the reasons I like this Hotel, and the Layout. Very friendly staff, comfortable seating area's to chill in, and take in the tranquility of their lobby, surrounded by nature and year-round Bumblebee's . I felt so comfortable just being there.

So, having had some previous poor experiences when travelling to Toronto I wasn’t expecting the best, but the Sheraton is really impressive. The service is on another level, the staff are very helpful and polite, they make you feel very welcome. I travel to Toronto on business from Europe, so after 17 hrs of flight you just want to check in and crash. The lady at the front desk was super kind, checked me in fast and seeing that I am staying two weeks she upgraded my room. I will definitely be choosing the Sheraton again. As a standard, Toronto hotels ask for a security deposit. For Sheraton it’s 100CAD for the entire stay, for Intercontinental Central it’s 125 per day, times 5 days if you stay longer so had my card blocked for 625CAD for three weeks when I was at Intercontinental which made it very uncomfortable for me. Also Sheraton includes all of their charges in the room rate as opposed to Intercontinental which changes you another 28.5CAD per day at the end of your stay so ended up paying for my business trip an additional nearly 600CAD - they don’t include it in the price so businesses will buy the rooms as they look more competitive while in reality being more expensive by a mile. Anyways, I would recommend the Sheraton to anyone, the location is very central, staff is excellent, rooms are clean and well equipped, water is hot right away (at Intercontinental takes 5 mins to heat up) and overall just an amazing hotel worth the rates you are paying.

Staff and room were great! Only 2 issues; checkout was slow due to room check nit being organized and the conference room toilets' sensors were faulty..... which caused a lack of flushing. Get handle flushers for the toilets

Rooms are outdated but it is a decent hotel in a good location for my business trips to Toronto. If you get the option pick a room on the south side of the building and you will get a great view of the CN Tower. If you stay on the north side you will get the super annoying church bell that goes off every hour all night long
