Opening hours

My family and I frequently stay here and always have a wonderful time. The rooms are consistently clean and cozy, with the added bonus of a little balcony. The staff members are exceptionally accommodating, and the hotel's location is ideal for exploring Toronto's attractions. Whether it's enjoying the pool with my son or relaxing in the hot tub during this visit with my mom for her appointment, we always find something to appreciate. The unexpected room upgrade and hassle-free late check-out only added to our delightful experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A little disappointed by this hotel. It's enormous and unfortunately the rooms are a little ran down. The room was however clean and the bed was comfortable. When we checked in we were asked if we wanted a decent view. Why wouldn't we? What we were told was it was overlooking two construction sites that started work at 6:30 on the dot and used heavy machinery from 7am. The noise was unbearable and this is only going to go on for years to come as they are building two new towers. The check in process was swift and fast, as we're the elevators to the relevant floors which are colour coordinated. On our last day we found they even had laundry machines which I wish we had know about earlier.

Great location to explore the city on foot from, within half an hour's walk of most of downtown. Rooms were clean and well maintained, the breakfast buffet was great (not included at least in our rate though). Be prepared for some downtown noises though.

Very clean rooms. Common for hotels the kettle had black mould; Luckily there was a timmies a 2min walk away. Comfy beds. Utterly hot rooms I kept waking up sweating even with the patio door open it was next to impossible to sleep, there wasn’t ac, workers said there going to get ac eventually it’s just a old building. The family pool was pretty dirty. The adult pool was spotless and amazing I loved the adult area. Mouldy pie left on the balcony. Homeless man sleeps in the lobby day and night and it scared kids. Service was great. Employees are great. The entire family area on 2nd floor was unbearably hot 29° in the play room with bunnies, plus humid from pool. Went to try breakfast buffet 3 days and it’s chaotic with no spots to sit, they should’ve had waitresses to seat you or tell you there’s no spots available I didn’t get a chance but from walking through it was kinda dirty and overpriced. I wouldn’t stay here again with my kids. Also I don’t know if it was just bad luck; I seen it in other reviews but lots of parties, yelling, banging, door slammed at 2-3am on my floor and my uncles floor too.

Room is dated as previous reviews, when we got to the room there’s strong smell of cigarette. Gladly the front desk was very helpful and change the room for us. (I believe was an upgrade as well because the new room was obviously cleaner and with extra amenities) Staff was amazing, the black man at Bay entrance has given the best services. Sorry I did not get his name but he was friendly, willing to help, he asked if we needed anything every time we passed by. He is me the reason for me to leave this review. Location was perfect for people who wants to explore the city but doesn’t want to pay unreasonable prices.
