Opening hours

Everyone will be surprised. I made a reservation with doubts, but the friendliness of the front desk lady made me feel better, and the moment I opened the room door, I knew it was an excellent choice. The biggest drawback for the price is that the room is a bit small.

New and clean hotel, only downside is lack of toiletries such as toothbrush and a lot of basic request are self service basis. It’s a basic hotel, with a locker system luggage holding area with no concierge service. Strictly 3pm check in time or pay 11,000 KRW for every hour of early check in and similar for check out. Lift is very slow sometimes wait up to 5 mins during busy hour such as 11am check out. Unlikely to return again for this price.

I stayed comfortable for 4 days. It was convenient to use a locker after chec out. And the response from front staff and housekeepers was good.

Newer 50" TV, tidy, seems to cater to the military, you will often see guests in military uniforms. Had an issue, not a good choice for smokers, the smoking area is behind the bakery on the ground floor, which is closed off late at night. As soon as I lit up a cigarette about 5 metres outside the only open door, I was called out from behind by a hotel staff member who told me to go out on the main road for smoking within 10 metres of the hotel building. It would have been nice if he said it with a gentle expression, but the annoyed look on his face like he was looking at a piece of rubbish really ruined my impression of the Parnas Hotel chain and Rokaus Hotel. Even though I am a guest, I would appreciate it if you don't scold me so much when I do something wrong, but speak to me gently. I feel like I have committed a very big sin and I am very sorry. I will never set foot in this place again, and I am very sorry that I irritated the staff by setting foot in this place. Thank you. I also had a meal here, and when I asked for wine or juice other than soft drinks, I was told "Nope". I know I have to pay for it, but I am surprised that a serving staff member would say that there is no wine or juice in the hotel. The service here does not feel like a 4 star. I don't think hotels in other countries do this. Lastly, if this is a 4 star hotel, the hotel executive could at least do a better job of controlling the only 3 lifts. How long will the advantage of being the newest hotel last?

I really like the hotel, it feels new and modern. Location is good for me, you have two metro stations close by and KTX trains stop at Yongsan as well. Convenience store under the hotel and also a small café on first floor. I could hear a lot of KTX trains from my room, it could be a bit bothersome for some people. The bed was a bit hard for me, but everything else was good.
